OMGosh! These guys are great. We had pipes burst on coldest weekend of the year, and Tom was there in short time to save the day and help us through weekend, and then followed up a few days later to complete repair. Very professional and nice guys. Thanks Tom and Larry!

Larry and Tom responded promptly when we needed a new steam boiler. We wish we knew about Colonial Comfort years ago as they are the only team that we know of that has a thorough understanding of radiator radiators. Their work at pour home was most prompt, responsive and with good communication. We would highly recommend them and just wish we learned about them years ago!!!

Charged 187.50 for a house visit to look at water heater. Web site says free estimate. Checked igniter and determined we would need a new heater. Gave 2000 dollar estimate. I said I would discuss an d thanked him for estimate. 1 month later I receive a bill for “work” done on visit. I was told that the rate was for non business hours. He came on a Friday morning! And he claims he discussed rate over phone! Avoid this company. I feel Tom took advantage of me and billed me out of spite because I took my business elsewhere.

I would highly recommend them. Very professional service and returns calls quickly and solved my AC issue in no time. All the staff who attended were very professional.
