Did an excellent job installing my Lochinvar system. BUT, we needed a repair and they showed up in the middle of the COVID spike with no masks! My 80 year-old father-in-law is staying with us and they put him at risk. This was extremely irresponsible and uncaring behavior and I cannot imagine a good reason for it. Note that there were two people, the owner and his helper. If this were a medical issue like asthma it would have affected only one of them. Plus, we should have been alerted to this before they came. I am very disappointed in this behavior and will not be using them again. Note that every other Lochinvar dealer I called assured me that their techs wear masks.
