book the repair for the very next morning. Much appreciated and will hire them again in a heartbeat. Price was thousands below the other quote we received and included the replacement of our garbage disposal and some improvement to pipes that weren’t up to code. We’re so relieved to have all that work done!

We have been using Sinclaire for several years now. They installed our AC and replaced our furnace and water heater. They were professional, timely, honest and responsive. They did solid work and walked us through every step of the process.

Zach and Dave were great. They came timely and as promised. They were careful about not tracking dirt in the house, they gave me the cost before starting, which I believe was very fair, they were professional in the installation and even made changes that will make easier for us in the future. Outstanding service.

Everyone from the top down was responsive, they listened and recommended the best way to handle the HVAC issues with 3 options, the prices were very fair, and the installation crew was super. On time, price was what they estimated and not a penny more, and they were friendly and just good people doing good work. Highly recommend Sinclair. As always Sinclaire is appropriate, helpful, and efficient in servicing and detecting possible preventative solutions. Though I was just scheduled a maintenance call, Josh and John found I needed a condensation pump and vinyl tubing replaced which was done in conjuncture with the same service call. Very helpful!

Just had my first annual AC checkup. Technician showed up when he said he would. Frank was polite and explained changing filter to me. Very pleasant experience!

Technician came on time, was thorough and left the furnace area clean. I’ve been with Sinclaire since 1968! Never had a bad experience.
