Outstanding Service! Friendly and professional. This is the second time I have used them. The first time was to replace a large section of drain pipe which was leaking. This time was to repair a leaking expansion tank value and bleed the air out of my heating system. Both jobs completed professionally, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs for as long as I own this house.

May 2023 - Another Great Experience with this company! Ran into a plumbing problem during a DIY project. Spoke to 3 different people at the big box home improvement stores and they were stumped. Called BEC and Chris was able to diagnose the problem instantly with just a few photos from my phone. Rob came out first thing the next day and just like that, problem solved. These guys are awesome!

You guys were All Stars! In 20 years this is the first time I have needed a plumber and I am so glad I was referred to you. Not only do you answer the phone, but you responded... and politely at that! Nick and Paul came the very next morning right on time calling on their way! Came in, listened to my concern and evaluated the job like true tradesmen. Not only were they polite to me, but to each other! That's an impression that will not be forgotten, and should not be overlooked. I was even quite happy with the bill!! BEC has been amazing since the first call. They have done many jobs at my house and all of them have been exactly what was discussed and the quality has reached or exceeded expectations. My only complaint is they don’t cover ALL the trades.

I am writing a review of my opinion of BEC due to how they treated my good friend who looked to them for help.
She assured the man who visited to look at what she needed done that she was not demanding that they do this work right away. He said, and she understood, that they were in the process of other job that must be completed first.
She was looking to have a small bathroom added to her basement as she was having the downstairs turned into a separate apartment. The man explained that a shower or tub was not doable due to regulations in MA. Thats fine. Can work with a sink and toilet which she already had. Just needs plumbing put in. He said that the job, more or less, was beneath them. Neither big enough nor important enough, to bother wasting their time over.
My friend explained that she wasn't looking for any kind of discount, wasn't looking to save by using inferior goods or by rushing their time. She also feels very strongly about supporting local businesses when you need work done.
My friend explained that her husband had walked out on her and if she couldn't make a small powder room, while sharing her own tub, so it could be rented out properly, she could lose her home.
Big or small job, where is the concern of neighbors helping neighbors? This was work they would be paid for. I feel that the attitude displayed was unprofessional and high-minded and unkind. Any job, big or small, is necessary to those in need of help. It is often the little people giving support to local businesses just getting off the ground, that make it possible for sought after, higher end businesses to get their feet off the ground. Really disappointing.

BEC you never disappoint. You went about and beyond to get us a new replacement water tank in record time. You're the reason we won't go to anyone else. Thank you so much

We always receive prompt, professional service from BEC. They've been friendly, knowledgeable, and cooperative while solving all of our plumbing and heating problems.

Saw him driving atleast 40 in a 25 almost hit me and to top it off I just saw the same truck a couple hours later in town running the light almost hitting two pedestrians who signaled the crosswalk.

We have had Bec plumbing do several projects for us. They have always been dependable, reasonably priced and the guys that show up are respectful and fun.

Always proficient and professional with that neighborly way of being when servicing all my homes plumbing and heating needs.

Great people! Honest,trustworthy and extremely hard working. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't hire anybody else for my plumbing and heating.
