Morissette was awesome. As new customers, we had an urgent issue. They got out to us in hours and did a great job. Fast, friendly and professional service, and the electrician was patient with our crazy dog and household. They came warmly recommended by family and lived up to the hype.

Not prompt and reattached wires twisted, not correct, now having problems. Asked siding contractor who hired him to get him back to correct it and it hasn't happened after a month. Not happy with either one right now.

My sincerest apologies as I was told it was the electrician just down the street- who did our work but I was I'll informed. My apologies again, truly at this point I wish you'd been able to do our work, it still isn't right. This experience of working with these contractors has been a nightmare for us. We like supporting local businesses. I will consider using your business if I need any electrical work done. It's sad when you are promised quality work and you don't get the job you expect. We've spent a third of our savings on this job and as close as we are to retirement it frightens us to think we won't be able to finance anymore work we need done.

One of your employees using your company van almost ran two cars off the road today because they were impatient and did not want to merge with others. They were also on their phone and not paying attention to traffic while this happened.

These people don't have the smarts or courtesy to return phone calls...assume they are too stupid to be good electricians.
I wanted to buy a mini split and they treated me with disrespect.
Anyway, I learned that I can order from Mr. Cool or Pioneer and DIY for 1/4 the cost...so I'm glad they didn't call back.

I needed my knob and tube electric wiring updated in order to get my house insulated. I called Morrissette and Jason, the owner, came to my house and I explained what I needed. He said it was doable. Later I had to chase Jason in order to get a date to get the job done. Nobody answered at the office and he didn't answer to my emails. I should've known there that this wasn't going to work. We scheduled the work for before Christmas. However, when the time to do it came, his electricians where told that we didn't live in the house and where ready to gut it. We were not prepared; we were never told where they would start or anything else. I don't even think Jason knew who we were. They completed one day's worth of work and overcharged me for the job. They didn't even have a permit when they did the work, they got it two weeks after I told them I've found someone else. The company that completed the work had to take responsibility for the work Morrissette did, so we ended up paying twice. I bet they are very good at changing outlets and fixing light fixtures, but if you want them for something bigger, shop around. These people have the worst customer service and the worst prices!
Jason never stated anything about removing the furniture of the entire house before starting the project on the few emails he answered, and I can prove it. I am sorry if my review struck a chord, but I stand by it because it is the truth! Lousy, lousy communication and customer service.

Jason is amazing, his crew has done numerous jobs at our home and they are timely, neat and most importantly safe! Today, on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend at 5:30 we noticed that our pool filter wasn't getting electricity. We called Jason and within an hour he was at our home and fixed the issue. I would recommend his crew and business to everyone I know. They are the best!!! Thanks Jason for putting our long weekend back on track!

Jason has handled our electrical issues for the past 6+ years. He does what he needs to do! I had a project in my business that needed to be done after hours and he accommodated us cheerfully. He gives us good advice as to the best way to achieve our goals. He also maintains our generator and if there is any problems with that or any other emergency issues he will come right out so that we have what we need without hardship. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

Jason has been my electrician for the past seven years of so. He has done several projects for me throughout the years. At a house I used to own he removed the electric baseboards that were on their last legs and installed radiant heat baseboards which are more energy efficient. He has installed Cat 5 wiring in my office.

Recently he rewired my new house. Some of my outlets were polarized (not good) and he went through each outlet and made sire they were probably wired. He switched all light fixtures and ceiling fans, and provided us with a light panel (for fan speed and light dimmer all in one). He installed a special 3 prong outlet for the home office. He relocated light switches and outlets. He installed and increased the electrical panel to 200 amps. He relocated the exterior electrical box and did a whole house surge protector. Given that my house is 85 years ago it was time for the upgrades to make sure our family remains safe. I have n doubt that Jason accomplished just that. He started the project on time and finished timely. His price was reasonable.

I had Kyle from Morrissette & Son Contractors quote the hearting system in my house. While we ultimately did not use his services, he was professional, and his quote was comparable to the person we did use.

Great breakfast. Food was a little slow for Saturday morning. Place was not busy but our server was up front about it and we were not in a big hurry. Tesla charger was a good bonus.

I had purchased a Mini Split thru Morrissette with Mass Save they did a good job on install no complaints on that but the one complaint I do have is there service is awful, I called several times and E-Mailed in very early spring just to schedule a preventive maintenance checkup and cleaning and they never called back, I guess ill have to find another company for A/C maintenance.
