Great service appointment from request to completion. Also, very pleased to have the annual service plan with CK Smith the past few years. The service is outstanding. Tim was very professional and made sure the tune up on my furnace was done right the first time.

Doug was our technician for our yearly furnace maintenance today and he was *wonderful*. Super-friendly, super-efficient, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. We've always had great service from all the CK Smith technicians, but Doug stood out today. He recommended replacing a part that wasn't covered by our service contract (the name of which I can't recall) but it's an integral part of having our furnace run efficiently and it was showing signs of wear and tear after 21 years. We truly appreciate his pro-activeness in doing so, and also greatly appreciate only having to pay for the part (a nominal cost), and not the labor to install it. A middle-of-the-night call to do so would cost much more as he advised, so it was wise to replace it now.

We're going to request Doug as our technician for the yearly maintenance from now on. Give the man a raise! ... just sayin' ;-)

Doug provided outstanding on-call service for us yesterday. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled at his job. Outstanding service is why we have been a customer for years and will remain one for many more. Thank you.

We recently had our furnace and oil tank replaced. The crew that completed the job worked together as a team. Every member that worked on the job was courteous and respectful. They completed all the work in one day. The old furnace and oil tank were removed, the new equipment was brought in and installed. A lot of work was completed, the crew that completed the job worked very well together. They cleaned up everything and patched up any leftover holes from the changes in plumbing before they left. I am a new customer, and I am glad that my wife and I switched to C.K. Smith. They have excellent Technicians and it showed in the job that was completed in my home. I wholeheartedly suggest C. K. Smith to anyone looking for repair work or setting up maintenance program for your home. They are one of the few companies that you can trust with their work and what is going on with your heating system.

From the moment I picked up the phone, I knew my service tech Doug was going to be great. He was very friendly on the phone and his outstanding customer service continued when he arrived at the house as well. He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. It’s not often I write a review, good or bad, but I really feel that Doug earned this one and that he deserves some recognition! I’m not sure how long he’s been with the company, but he was a great hire for sure!

I recently had my A/C tuned up by technician Ben. He was very pleasant, polite and professional. He took time to explain what he was doing and why and finished the work in a timely manner. Just a nice young man all around!

Recently had the bearings on my furnace blower replaced, it had been screeching and keeping me awake at night for over a year. CK had done some work previously but it only was a temporary fix. I held off on the replacement because I couldn't afford it. When it was finally repaired, CK did it for free. They are absolutely great and I have been with them for over 50 years. They always provide a fair deal and excellent service.

Doug came out and did a cleaning on our boiler. His service was great. He was very friendly and informative about what he did. He left the area as clean if not cleaner then when he arrived .

I recently had an annual burner service performed by ck Smith Oil Co. Duncan the burner service technician arrived on-time. He was extremely friendly and polite. He explained all he was to be doing while working on my burner.

Upon completion Duncan explained all that he had done, showed me repairs he had made, and ensured that I knew how to contact the company with any questions or concerns.

It was a pleasure having Duncan at my residence assisting me today. He is a tremendous asset to your team.

CKSmith used to have a lot of the top techs in the area and they ran them all out of town to other companies once they hired a new GM. I’d recommend using the smaller surrounding businesses as they all work relatively close to CK, and a lot of the techs that worked here are truly great guys. Try some new places out, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
