Whitcher Plumbing & Heating

Bought our house in 2019 and we've had Whitcher do all of our plumbing and heating maintenance! We've needed their help with everything from emergency boiler repair to new drain pipe and faucet installation. Their techs and office staff are always friendly and professional - 100% recommend.

We used Witcher to replace our furnace and water heater. They were quick in response and finished the job very quickly as well. Great customer service and easy to work with. Highly recommend for any furnace, a/c or water heater needs

There was some issue with scheduling/arrival as the appointment was scheduled for 8am and it took a phone call at 10:am to get that worked out. Once the technician arrived, he was professional, quick, honest, respectful, kind and generous. He seemed to know his work, was efficient and offered advise for suture potential issues.

We had a problem with water flowing through the bathtub. Carlos and Jacob were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very nice to our cats, especially those that wanted to "help". Great service, would highly recommend.

Our water heater went on the fritz and we needed help. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Lori who went above and beyond to help us get service quickly with calls back to let us know when to expect them to arrive. Within just a few hours, Fred arrived and quickly got to work on replacing the water heater and was done MUCH faster then I expected! He was very polite and professional and made sure he walked me thru the new water heater. I cannot recommend Whitcher Plumbing and Heating enough and they will always be my go to place from here on out! Thank you so much Whitcher team!

Contacted them on a Friday evening with a major plumbing leak. Technician arrived within hours. Carlos was efficient, professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He had to return the following day to complete the repairs and communicated his arrival time beforehand. Service and cost were outstanding. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!
