Didn't know this place existed but sure glad I found it! Probably the only place locally that carries Kroil/Aerokroil. Great selection of items, great service, A+

Always have a good experience here. We normally buy through the online store and pickup in person, but every once in awhile we walk in and always get great service. Pernell and the rest of the crew are always helping us get the right equipment. Much appreciated!

I will say that the customer service that is over the phone is great. And people that work here are nice. But they need a significant upgrade to their quality control. I ordered a pair of welding gloves and received two lefts. I ordered an $800 shelving unit, picked it up and when I unpackaged it, it was damaged beyond use. The return was easy enough and they sent a shipping label to pick it up, but they were unwilling to waive the shipping fee to get a new one delivered. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was my first trip to Grainger Industrial Supply. I did not realize until I arrived that it is not actually a retail outlet, but a mail order Center for picking up online orders. Fortunately I ordered online and was able to receive a very reasonable price on some electrical wiring.

Always been a good place to get hard to find stuff right away. They just found me apart for my compressor that I couldn't even find online. Should have gone there first. Tried 10 other places I thought would have it.

This place is so disorganized for a big company. It always takes 15 minutes or so to even find my orders. System still seems to run on paper which blows my mind. Only use as a last resort as their prices are consistently the highest

Waited three weeks for an order then I was just cancelled! Terrible customer service!

Parnell, he is very helpful, every time I in Grainger always find the way to help and he knows almost everything.

The Staff at this location is great I buy all my Company's Sanitizing an Disinfectant products from here prices are good so check them out!!!!

Ordered online ship-to-store, order did not arrive on time.Branch then decided to call and cancel my order, regardless of the fact that it had already shipped, and that the parts were direly needed for a project at our facilities.
