2 service calls and $763 for a hard start kit on a reach in freezer is excessive. They performed the same service at another time for the same make freezer for half the amount. Additional service call $235 on a ice maker under manufacturers warranty with failed sensor that they will be charging the manufacturer for (they cover parts and labor). Contacted the office to have adjusted - was told no.
Penny and Jeff are great people to deal with and delivered good customer service. Billy the owner on the other hand has zero professionalism. When he showed up he started accusing me of taking apart my ice machine that his 2 previous techs left from the previous week because they were planning on returning to finish the repairs. After he put in the new part and we cleaned it properly like he explained the machine still didn’t run like billy said it should. When we called him about it he was going to charge us to return even though he never fixed the problem. He was rude and gave me all kinds of excuses. So I contacted Manitowoc myself and it turned out that McMuffin ordered the wrong parts and replaced the wrong parts to begin with. We gave our business to another company who did come out and properly repaired our ice machine. I had 2 unauthorized charges to my credit card from them and both were disputed and reported as fraudulent. They tried to charge me for shipping when They told me there were none. Do not waste your time or the headache with this business especially the owner Billy.

Had Some Condensation, Called Them, Came Out The Same Day And Has Been Running Perfect! After All The Money I Spent with The First Company, I Was Very Pleased With The Efficiency And Professionalism Of This Company!
Called these guys out to do some work in my restaurant. Came out the first day, said they fixed it. They didn't, so I had to call them to fix it the right way. Stuff happens... I get it. But I said I am not going to pay for 2 service call fees. I'll pay the one for the initial call, but not the second because you guys said it was fixed when it wasn't. They wouldn't remove it or give me a valid explanation. So I paid the bill, minus that fee. They turn that $60 over to collections.
Go eff yourself clowns. Give better service. Now, because of your irrationality, not only will you never see that $60, but now you have negative reviews and have lost a customer (who would have become loyal had you done the job right or at least resolved it properly). Hope it was worth it.
Their employees are extremely unprofessional, tailgating on the highway, driving extremely recklessly, flipping people off and cutting people off. If their driving says anything about their work ethic, it’s terrible.
