I've used Absotemp twice, once to install an air conditioner at my house and one at my parents house. Both times I used them I was very satisfied. The process was a quick and easy, the work they did was high quality. I would definitely recommend them.

I would definitely recommend Absotemp. Taking my life circumstances into consideration he was able to repair my furnace/boiler. My boiler is 57 years old and Absotemp has been able to repair it twice in the last 7 years. I will definitely use them when I can finally afford a new one. I truly appreciate them.. for repairing and not pressuring me to replace.

Was looking for a HVAC company to service my TRANE HVAC system and Absotemp came recommended directly from the TRANE website.
I called on a Saturday and had a technician out within a few hours. The pricing was fair and the estimates were told me upfront and reasonable.
I was very impressed with the service Technician (Nate) and he was able to get my furnace back and running in a few hours. Based on the quality of service received, I signed up for the bi-annual services to ensure my equipment is ready for each coming season.

Update 1:
I had accidently damaged my refrigerant line while performing yard work which rendered my A/C system completely useless. What made it worse, it occurred on the hottest week of the year.
I called Absotemp and they were out the same day to give a quote and they covered the line to prevent foreign material from entering the system. They were able to schedule a Technician (Terry) to come out for the repair a few days later to complete the repair. Terry was fantastic and worked professionally and had the system damage repaired and working by the end of the day.
Additionally they covered the lines to prevent similar damage in the future; see photos.
Needless to say I continue to be impressed with Absotemp and will continue to be having them service my equipment.

I am amazed with not only the service that was provided for me I am also amazed on a quality of air in my house. After the system was installed I noticed the difference in just few hours. I have severe asthma and a lot of allergies. I normally use my rescue inhaler few times a day. I have had the system now for 2 days and have not had to use it ones!!! Matt the owner is amazing he gavee us all the options and we picked the system that was best for us. The people he had working for him Nate and Terry are amazing the were here for few days and work all day without breaks. I am just amazed!!! Thank you so much Matt!!!

I worked with Matt and his team to have a ductless A/C system installed in a challenging home that was only equipped with base board heating. The team did an excellent job, they were professional and easy to work with. 1 year later I'm writing this review, also as a follow up. I would highly recommend Absotemp CC Inc for home services. I came home to a broken water heater between holidays last week and contacted them. They provided excellent customer service and kindness from first call and throughout new water heater installation. I want to thank Matt, Dawn, Terry, and Nate. Matt sent Terry and Nate that same day to replace old with new. They also discovered the humidifier needed some work. They took the time to explain how everything worked and were very responsive to follow up calls immediately for an unrelated issue. I've done business with Absotemp before and the service and expertise was excellent. However today it was a different story I called at 7am because in the past 2 days the air coming from the vents smelled like burnt cable. Yesterday was the worst it was so bad that even our clothes smelled like burnt cable. I am worried that something is burning/melting. The technician took a look around he moved covers, replaced a fiber looking tape with new tape and told me everything looked good that he recommended to buy a carbon monoxide detector. The bill $259 including a $99 trip fee which it was not mentioned on my initial call it was a total surprise for me I told the technician that this fee was not mentioned before and he told me is a fee to come to my house and it was a total separate fee from the diagnosis and repair. What!!! I didn't have that extra cash to spend and is ridiculous and the problem might not even be fixed. Also, what if I wouldve said no and ask him to leave he would've still made that trip to my property. If there is a fee your company should mentioned it to your customers before your technician shows up and asks me to sign before even starting to work or discount that out of the total amount charged. I couldn't say no because I'm worried for me and my family and the company took advantage o that.
