Matheson was my choice based on Chris understanding what I needed and what I wanted on the phone and then coming to quote the job prepared with proper equipment sizing for my home. He made it easy to understand the different equipment options, cost and benefits. He offered next day install which was too fast for me because of being out of town that weekend. That never happens these days! A crew did the install Monday and did a professional install protecting my home, were easy to deal with and cleaned the site upon completion. They even walked me through the equipment and answered questions about setting up my ecobee stat for my new two stage HVAC. Very happy guy here.

Matheson tech Trevor responded quickly to my call, diagnosed, retrieved the replacement part (circulation pump was burnt/fried) and professionally completed the repair. This is the 2nd time I've used Matheson in last couple years and I highly recommend him and this company!

Jeff was great ,very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped diagnose problems quickly. I needed to replace a thermostat but will do it myself cause price was very high. Give Jeff 5 stars and price company wanted for thermostat 3 star. Wish cost to replace was cheaper and for sure I would have had Jeff replace

Matheson has been wonderful! They responded for an emergency maintenance on a weekend in the middle of winter, which resulted in a new system install later in the week in 6-inches of snow. The follow up customer service has exceeded expectations. They came out twice to fix some leaky PVC joints at no extra cost. Matheson takes care of people!

I had an outdoor plumbing faucet replaced today and an indoor shut off faucet replaced by two plumbers from Matheson Plumbing. One informed he is 3rd generation of the founder (his grandfather) in this family business. How nice! They came out right away, were fast in completing the service, did a great job. They found a solution for the faucet lever that greatly improved ease of operation of shutting it off and on every 6 months. Recommended.

We have used Matheson on many occasions for a variety of services and have been extremely satisfied every time. Today they came to repair an outside water tap/valve. This valve had been installed just over a year ago and failed after the winter season. “Just one of those things” that happens through no fault of Matheson or us. Jared and Brock changed it out with no cost for parts or service to us without us even asking for a warranty claim. They are just standup people who do the right thing. Jared has been here several times for other services and is always on time, polite and thorough. When installing a new water heater he went through all of the pipe lines with me explaining which was gas, which was water in and water out. For me this was so helpful. They have also installed a gas line for our range and repaired a gas line connection for our outside grill. There have been several other jobs they have completed for us and it has been easy for us every time. That’s why we continue to use them.

Very satisfied with Devin Patrick’s work and Matheson’s service. Will recommend to my friends.
However Your lightning protection is way over priced and should be just one device to cover both units. I already have my electrical panel protected for the whole house at a much lower cost than you $250 per unit.

Installed both new AC and water heater June 2023. Impressed with salesperson Chris, installers Dakota, Jason and Jack. On-time, knowledgeable and fast with good clean-up as well as friendly attitudes/ I had Matheson install my new furnace in 2018, and naturally called them again after a great experience. A super and local business!

Our basement flooded and they were able to come to our house that night. They were able to determine our water heater, water softener, and iron filter all had water damage. Our plumber, Brock did an awesome job getting us new units installed very quickly. Highly recommend!

Replaced garbage di Oursposal. Installation was fine but quite expensive! Model retails for under $100. Installation took about half an hour. We paid $716! Our fault for not doing research. Other work by Matheson seemed fair. Not this.
