He provided the service in a very professional manner and went above and above. Kind and generally a good person. highly suggestable Definitely a little business worth supporting with first-rate customer service!

Very impressed by the service I received! The tech was very friendly and professional. They were able to fit me in on quite short notice. They even took time to explain what they did, including pictures of the duct work... which is something I had never had anyone do before. Will definitely use them again!

They show up when they say they will, never try to sell you something you don't need and are very honest. This summer we had a new furnace installed and they took the time to explain everything that was needed before they did any work on it. I highly recommend them!

I had two AC units that weren’t working so I called this company to request for a service. They were able to get a technician out in just a couple hours. He was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed everything on the spot and showed me some maintenance tips. I really respected his honesty. Will definitely be using him again and referring when I get the opportunity.

Our central air unit was leaking, so I called empire heading & cooling. I was charged $500 for them to add a filter and a holes to my system. My other unit stopped working the next day. The technician came out THREE times and had no idea on how to fix what went wrong. We called someone else and he was able to tell us OVER THE PHONE the reason why it could have stopped working. The technician had no clue what he was doing and please don’t use there service.

I called on Sunday and Mark was here on Monday to fix our AC which had stopped cooling. This was our first time to use this firm based on a recommendation from my brother. Mark got us back up and running and we couldn't be more pleased. Great job!

Terrible experience! If I could give no stars I definitely would! Despite all the good reviews, the technician came out in his personal vehicle without uniform, apparently in cohorts with the homeowner to work under the table to fix our furnace. They planned to report back to the company that there weren't any issues, so that only a $99 evaluation would be on file and pocket the money from the fix. The tech returned 2 days after scheduled visit with the owner once again to complete repair off the books, but left after we denied to comply with their under the table scheme. After calling the company to report this, I was told by the person who answered the phone that they are in disbelief that their technician would do such a thing after nearly 2 decades of working with the company, and denied to take my complaint. They also denied me an account summary of what was reported that day by said technician. It's a shame that someone who has worked for the company so long would put their licence and job on the line for a few extra bucks in their pocket!
