HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. We purchased basement bar cabinets, 3 of which were clearly damaged upon delivery, in addition to some trim pieces. One cabinet door had a scratch that was filled with wood putty and re-stained. Several other areas looked scratched and painted over. They replaced the damaged pieces, after which the second round of cabinets were delivered with the boxes torn and damaged. One replacement cabinet had a chunk missing. Cabinets were delivered and placed upside down on my garage floor. Then the rep comes out and tells us to just take the damaged cabinet because "no one will see it anyway," and then tells us regarding the first damaged cabinet that he would have just glued it back together and used it because this type of damage happens all of the time. WOW. Just WOW. Horrible customer service. I will never purchase cabinets from this distributor again.
I do not know the name of the driver who gave me correct directions, but thank you. I made a right on Richmond St. I was following co-pilot trying to make that right-hand turn to get into the shipping and receiving area, but that right-hand turn is tight. He said to use their parking to the left. That was a life saver. I went around the block and got right in using their parking lot. The unload time was about 1hr and a half. Not bad at all. They asked for my tandems be moved to the back, im unsure if it is the same for every load, so please ask ahead.
Looking for a small reclining chair. The sit back and just do whatever you want to do and you means me. LOL do it twice LOL. Something watch TV talk on the phone and just lay there same one there but I didn't see it there the one I'm looking for check it out friendly people.
Williams Distributing came through for us again!! Carri was very helpful with our most recent purchase. She assisting us with the purchase of our new kitchen cabinets & the best part is all the cabinets we needed were in stock! Definitely recomend Williams & we will be back in the future as well.
Poor customer service. It took a week for them to "find" my vanity after it came in on the truck. And then they had the audacity to take my final payment by charging my credit card without my permission. No phone call, email or receipt. So disappointed by the whole experience.
Everything about my order was messed up. The sizes of the cabinets were ordered wrong and then WE had to pay extra for the screw up. When the cabinets were delivered, we got two vanities one 22" and one 18" which we ordered. Our linen cabinet came without the shelves. So we had to schedule another delivery for the shelves and to have the wrong vanity picked up. when the counter top arrived and we got it home we found that it too was the wrong size. So we waited 2 more weeks for the right size counter to arrive. When it did arrive, we demanded that it be delivered. I am not happy with the way all of this was handled and would not recommend Williams to anyone.
We have been trying to get our fireplace fixed since they are the authorized dealer/repair facility in our area for the brand we have. On November 6, almost 2 weeks ago Laura wasn't in and the girl said she would give her the message and have her call back.. we received no call back so we called again today and we were told Laura was available and was there. The call was put through and it rang and rang until we had to leave another message.. again no call back. For 2 weeks we having been trying to schedule service but we cant get Laura to call us back. We had to wait a couple months to get a technician previously. Between long service lead times and very poor customer service response times this is a poor company for service.
These guys are high class and value customer service. As an HVAC supplier, they are the best in town. They will go the extra mile to fulfill your needs and the needs of your customers.

Good place to find rental property cabinets. If your looking for solid cabinets move on an look somewhere else. Good service but average cabinets.
