RX Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning

We had our old single stage heating system upgraded to an efficient 2 stage furnace. The guys added a much needed return and cleaned each return and then brushed vacuumed the entire system… in half a day! Friendly considerate and polite, it was a pleasure having them in our home.

Caiden and Kyle did an awesome job installing my new AC unit from RX comfort heating and air conditioning. Even went above and beyond retaping my dryer vent I didn't notice got disconnected. They both were very professional and easy to talk to. Kyle was super informative on how everything operates and gave me some knowledge on the installation. Would definitely recommend them and reuse them in the future.

Blake came out and replaced our thermostat. He was great. Not only was he professional, but also kind and understanding. He completed the work quickly and the pricing was great. He also took the time to listen to us and explain the problem.

Outta sight! These guys were there every step of the way. Saw them on IG and never looked back. They did everything as promised and on time. Mitch was very frank and informative when it came to talking me through the consult and the follow up. I never felt as though he was just trying to make the sale. He was very reassuring and I could tell that he had my best interests at heart. I was gone for work when Caiden and Kyle installed a new furnace and a/c. They also reworked some duct work to get better flow of air throughout the system and to better incorporate my wood burner that is in the garage and is now tied more efficiently into the main duct work. My wife felt very safe and confident with them on the job in my absence. Very thorough, very detailed. Finished the install, cleaned up and gave my wife complete and detailed instructions. Mitch came back out to make one last adjustment when I had asked him to, reference the wood burner. He said that this is exactly what they like to do, and it shows. Thank you all. We had a sensor go out on our furnace. Rx comfort heating & cooling was able to come out and diagnose the issue. Get the part ordered. And restore heat in a very timely and cost effective manner!! I would highly recommend this company!! Blake did an amazing job. Answered all my questions with out making me feel rushed and yet still sticking to his schedule. Very impressed!!

We had a great experience with this company. From start to finish, we were listened to and service was quick and comprehensive. We appreciated the attention to detail and great customer service skills. After the evaluation of our AC system we decided to go ahead and replace the whole system. The team came out the following morning and did an excellent job. Everything was explained well to us, and we look forward to continuing to utilize this company for our HVAC needs.

I called Rx Comfort to take a look at my furnace which was throwing an intermittent pressure switch error code. They were able to come out less than 24 hours after calling and resolved the problem for a reasonable fee. 5/5

I worked with RX Comfort to replace an old/broken AC Condenser as well as perform duct cleaning at my home. They were very quick to come out and perform an assessment, Blake was very professional and went through my options and also what kind of cost savings I might see, as well as handle Consumer's Energy rebates as part of the cost savings. He then scheduled the work with me and they were able to come out in short order to do the installation/replacement.

They replaced my old unit in about 7 hours (all in 1 day) while they did my air duct cleaning. Both gentlemen were very professional and responsive to any questions I had. They did a great job and thorough job. He also gave some suggestions to keep things running in top shape. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work, the entire experience was smooth and easy. Everyone I spoke/worked with was very courteous, responsive, and professional.

I recommend booking service online from their site to potentially get a cash voucher ($200 for me), make sure you mention it when they do the assessment. If you're able to pay cash/check they can also give you a discount (10% for me). I'm sure those will vary, but every bit of savings helps!
