I recently had an outstanding experience with Vredevoogd (installing a combo of furnace, A/C and water heater). Although there was a little miscommunication at the beginning, what impressed me even further and made me decide to do business with them was their offer to visit their company. Thanks to Brian (General Manager at Vredevoogd), I was showed how they handle customers from start to finish, including post-installation customer service, showcased their transparency and dedication. On the installation date, Mike and his teammates continued to provide exceptional customer support. They showed up on-time and addressed any questions or concerns promptly, ensuring my complete satisfaction.

So far I am very pleased and impressed. Steve was knowledgeable, professional and personable. The new a/c unit will be installed in 5 days. I will update after that is complete.
The work is done, when the installers arrived (sorry, I can't remember their names) they said it would take about 3 and a half to 4 hours. It took 2 and a half hours. They used shoe covers and laid tarps. Highly recommend!

Todd came out to assess our furnace following a fire this morning. He was honest and very upfront about everything. I trust his assessment that our HVAC system will require replacement. Thank you Todd!!
Paul came out on Monday to assess and quote a new HVAC system. He helped us identify the most cost effective and efficient unit for our home and provided an immediate quote. Paul’s professionalism ensured an immediate approval by our Claim Adjuster. Paul scheduled the install for us for first thing Tuesday morning.
Trent and Damien arrived on time Tuesday morning and upon immediately assessing and laying out a plan to efficiently remove the burned system and install the new system. These two gentlemen were FAST and clean.
Our home went from having experienced a fire to a clean livable heated home in a very short period of time.
The team at Vredevoogd far exceeded my expectations and I recommend them to anyone needing to replace or upgrade your HVAC systems regardless of the surrounding circumstance. You will actually BE valued and they have your safety and comfort as the cornerstone of all that they do!!!

We have been loyal customers of Vredevoogd Heating and Cooling for several years. They are consistently professional and communicative. Their service people check out our new AC unit and our old furnace annually. They always phone in advance to let us know they are on their way. They are thorough and friendly, and explain everything in understandable terms. They also leave us clear notes on what they found and any service they performed. We will continue to contact Vredevoogd for all of our service and equipment needs.

Steve came out to do a repair on our furnace on a Sunday and was here within an hour of our call. He couldn't do the repair because of a faulty part on it by the manufacturer. He advised us of our options to get the furnace replaced and got us on the schedule within 2 days and left us some space heaters to use until then. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with and we appreciate his excellent service.

Wade was friendly and efficient. He assessed our trouble with the unit quickly. He is very knowledgeable of the work and was easy to talk to. I asked him a lot of questions about air cons in general and gave detailed answers. Giving good tips on taking care of our unit. Thanks, Wade!

Our AC unit broke at the worst possible moment- a holiday and while we have illness going through the house...in 90 degree humid Temps. They had a technician out within 1.5 hours of calling and later that afternoon we met with someone about replacing our unit. They were thorough, gave us great deals, and ensured we were informed. They were very kind and professional. Grateful for their help and excited for our install in a couple days.

While I didn’t really want to purchase a new furnace in July, there were a number of reasons why we had to. That said, our entire experience with Vredevoogd Heating and Cooling was exceptional and I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any heating or cooling needs no matter how large or small. Pleasant, courteous, professional and detail oriented. I’d give them 7 stars if I could!

Fabulous customer service! From start to finish they make it a good experience. They did our new HVAC install last Spring and were out to do our system maintenance. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend.

We recently had Austin over to perform our annual AC tune-up. As with every other Vredevoogd employee who has addressed our service concerns, he was outstanding of what an employee should be when representing their employer.
His company issued uniform was neat and clean and most importantly to me, he did not smell of cigarette smoke.
His demeanor was very professional as he addressed a long standing issue with our thermostat.
Very likable and very thorough!!!
