Aspen One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

so I had work done by aspen over the summer they installed a new furnace and ac for me. the furnace and ac work fine. the service we got was awful they didn't do what they told me they would do they cut holes in my floor and ceiling in the middle of closets for a cold air return I had added upstairs they left the house a complete mess. then they came back out and moved the pipe to the area we had talked about and it was done ok the second time. now fast forward to winter time my furnace wasn't running after we had a power outage and I hooked the generator up to it and it instantly tripped the breaker on the generator so I called them. now this is less then a year old and they would only come out right away for 50 dollars now to me if u have a warranty then there is no charge but they wouldn't do it if it's after hours. well most people work during the day so that is kinda messed up so now it's pay u to fix your system or lose a day of pay. we asked for them to show us the reading from the freon cause they used old lines they said they would then never did I wouldn't recommend these guys at all I wish I would have went with someone different.

Wonderful technicians! Central air went out the weekend before July 4th and I thought I would have to wait for weeks to get it fixed or pay an outrageous service fee due to the holiday. Aspen was there the same day we called and technician Daryl had my central air running again in less than 20 minutes! And my bill was only $49.00!

Brad and Darryl were top notch to deal with. Honest guys that helped us get to the root of the issue very quickly. If you’re going through aspen request these two gentlemen. You will be hard pressed to find anyone better.

BOTH-Brad the tech that came out to inspect and diagnose our air conditioning system, and Brent, who came out to do the estimate. We're both very, very friendly and down-to-earth. Very informative. I did not feel rushed in any way. He explained so much and was even very creative in helping us to figure out a better spot for us to put in a new air conditioner for shorter lines to improve efficiency, and explained what would happen if we kept our air conditioner in the same spot in there tended to be a leak in the wine that we'd actually end. Up having to rip our house apart on that side define the leak. I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase anything. I was very thankful for their kindness, creativity, and all the information that they gave so that my husband and I could make an informed decision whether to proceed. With a new installation, or spend a lot of money just trying to repair the one we have which would also affect the house such as drywall repair, and more that would cost in additionand cause nothing but a headache and an empty bank account. I love all the additional perks that will come with the new installation as well. Thank you both very, very much!!

I purchased a new boiler system and they have been so helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or any issues came up. Brad and Rob are extremely professional and skilled especially when it comes to boiler units. The office staff are very pleasant to work with and it’s easy to schedule service. Very personable and knowledgeable young man. Gave us our options and contacted Brent to come and give us estimate for new aircondioner unit, but without any pressure. Was able to come within 15 minutes.

Aspen's servicer, Cody, was great, on time, professional, friendly, and effecient. He was even sensitive to the health of our pets and the birds in our yard and asked before he applied the cleaning chemicals. I appreciated that. Aspen was very responsive to our call, easy to arrange an appointment, and called in advance of arrival. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

Brad got out to us quickly when our Air Conditioner stopped working and provided fast efficient service. Would recommend Aspen One Hour to anyone in need!
