So very happy that we found Thermal Care Heating and Air Conditioning!!! After 26 years our furnace finally died, and we called Thermal Care based on their wonderful reviews. Kyle was extremely knowledgable, professional, and responsive to all our questions and concerns. He was able to quickly assess our needs and make recommendations based on our home and other existing equipment. Kyle, along with Brad, were then able to install our new furnace the very next day and get us out of the cold! Kyle is also coming back to fix an issue that he identified with our existing humidifier. We are very impressed with their level of experience and knowledge as well as fantastic communication, and the price was also fair and reasonable. Thermal Care is the only company we will use moving forward and we look forward to using them soon to swap out our water heater for a new tankless system!!! Super nice guys with many talents and abilities in addition to heating and cooling!

Kyle and Brad installed a humidifier, on demand water tank and a new thermostat for my house and let me tell you it is all exceptional work! I loooove everything and they took their time to make sure everything was working perfectly! The water tank I had previously was 19 years old and the water smelled terrible. The on demand water tank is so nice and makes me feel so much more clean.

Kyle came to our rescue and replaced a furnace for us quicker than anybody else could do a service call. His prompt and professional service cannot be beat. Would use him again, and highly recommend his company. Five stars for sure!

They displayed the highest level of professionalism and thoroughness of all the companies we had come quote us for a furnace, hot water heater and AC install. During the estimate they explained every detail and gave us a detailed invoice quote in a very timely manor. The work completed was impeccable and they cleaned up everything so nicely I was blown away! The icing on the cake was the time they took explaining everything they installed and how to work everything ( new thermostat and humidifier etc) and making sure we were satisfied. This type of workmanship is hard to come by these days! I would highly recommend these guys!
