This is my second home using Total Comfort Heating & Air. I have been impressed with everything from meeting Chris for a quote, to the end of installation. Everyone is extremely proficient. I especially want to shout out the installation guys. They were first class! Professional, timely, immaculate cleanup, answered any questions/concerns with pleasant communication, and kindness to my dog! I will recommend and continue using Total Comfort for any other projects in the future.

Very pleased with the service I received from Total Comfort! I called and spoke to a very nice woman in the office about what I was looking for, she called me back about 10 minutes later and was able to get me scheduled for a furnace inspection for my home sale. Josh did my inspection and he was on time (actually called and said he was running ahead of schedule, which was awesome!), professional, knowledgeable when I asked questions, and overall did a great job.

Chris Swope is an honest man and he did not try to unnecessarily upsell me on products I did not need or use scare tactics. Replaced our original AC and furnace last fall. After talking to a few companies we went with Total Comfort. Excellent service and the installation was top notch. We had a fairly challenging install for the furnace and they were able to provide an excellent solution. Came back this spring to make sure the AC was all good (too cold at install to adequately check it). Would hire them again for any future HVAC needs. Professional and the installation folks were excellent as well.

We had a new furnace and for the first time A/C installed in August of 2011. From the first contact with Val and through the installation process they were very professional and informative. They did an excellent job throughout the entire process. During the ice storm of Christmas 2013 I called Val regarding running my furnace with a generator and he and a technician answered every question. I would recommend Total Comfort to anyone in need.

I could not be more happy with the services and care provided by Nick for my A/C tune-up, Randy & Jeff for my A/C replacement and Amber for my furnace tune-up! I also appreciated the extra special attention from Dan when he verified the bid to replace my central air in my house. I loved how they all took great care in leaving everything in great condition and were super friendly, punctual and reliable!
