Gas fireplace needed to be rebuilt- pilot tube(?), thermopile and thermocouple. It is and older unit and a challenge to get apart. Mike did an excellent job and kept me informed as parts were ordered.

Waking up to find your furnace is out of commission is not the best way to start the day but Tri-Delta Mechanical was able to come out that day to assess the problem. Mike took the time to explain what the problem was and had it fixed within an hour or two. It is great to know that we have an honest company to call when we are having problems.

Replacing mechanicals in one's home is a HUGE expense and some stressful to coordinate. However, Mike made our experience much easier with identifying our equipment needs and pricing things in a very fair and competitive way. He was prompt to order and install, and his detailed, meticulous approach to the installation and his HVAC knowledge was quite impressive. After waiting 2 weeks for a furnace install Mike showed up at approx 9:35 Monday morning, came inside got started working. Approx 15 mins later I stepped down to the basement to notify him I had to go to the bank, pharmacy and coffee shop. I asked if he needed anything, he declined, I left. Approx 10 minutes after leaving Mike send me my grandfather a text stating he quit due to the laundry baskets of clothes in basement. (There’s 3 baskets on shelves and 1 basket on the ground NEITHER of which are on the way of the furnace) I proceeded to call mike several times to inquire as to what happened, he refuses to answer the phone. I wouldn’t wait or waste a penny on this unstable deranged individual. He didn’t even close my front door when he left my house! Immature, unprofessional, gives off a superiority complex. Don’t waste your money.

Called them this morning (a Saturday) because we woke up with furnace not working correctly, they came right out fixed our furnace and didn't charge a arm and leg. The company we usually call wanted more to come out and just check out our furnace then it cost us for Tri-Delta to fix. Thank you we will definitely calling your company in the future for any repair needs.
