My furnace went out over xmas. Andy's team installed a new 2-stage system. They had to fab parts to interface with this 1937 house. The team was prompt, professional, and... actually cleaned up when they were done.. they vacuumed and wiped down the surfaces. Andy even leveled my thermostat which had been installed crooked by a prior firm.

Using American Appliance to fix my furnace was a great experience. They came out quickly and had everything fixed within a hour from arrival time. The technician Anthony was super helpful and explained everything step by step. I highly recommend them!

The young lady i spoke to on the phone was very nice and professional, to let me know the tech was in route. I was at work and my wife and daughter was at home. They informed me that the tech that showed up was very nice and also professional and that it took him no time to find and fix what was the problem, they also said that he courteous, neat and cleaned up afterwards, i definitely will use again in the future for anymore repair needs that may arise. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen from American Appliance!!!!!!!
