Super happy with this company!
They replaced my 20 year old furnace. With elite series Lenox, new filtration system and humidifier.
Very happy with the installation and attention to details.
They kept everything clean, covered all walkways with tarp. The duct work was also neater, Compared to my old one. They added a Ptrap for easy cleaning.
The unit itself runs great, house feels more comfortable. Much Even temperature across the levels.

The crew was very efficient.
They did have a hiccup. But they came back and fixed the following day. They did not even take payment before I am happy.
They were not the cheapest. But their quote was much better than most other companies in the area.
I would definitely reuse this company and recommend to anyone.

Couple of months ago I had new furnace installed by Crain Heating and Cooling. Everyone in the office was great from Melissa who is so kind and professional while scheduling appointment, to Cody who was great in providing one of the best estimate at very reasonable price and had a lot of knowledge in creating a plan for what was needed based on my needs. Joe and Cole the installers did amazing job in installing the furnace and all other components. Would highly recommend Crain Heating and Cooling

I had a great experience with Crain HVAC. Cody worked with me on financing options. Joe and Cole arrived on time, were polite, and worked hard to get my new AC unit installed. They ensured it was running efficiently and gave me tips on how to winterize and care for my unit. I will definitely utilize them again.

Jacob with Crain heating and cooling was fast with getting my air conditioner back up and running. He also noticed a few other issues that needed fixed that I wasn’t aware of. Crain is the only heating and cooling company I call. Always so fast, efficient and the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Needed someone to look at my noisy furnace today and the squeezed me in! The receptionist is always so sweet every time I call and always calls back asap! The technicians are always so respectful and well mannered as well as very knowledgeable! I can’t say enough good things about this company! 10/10 would recommend! The best of the best!

Crain has the best customer service. The heat in my rental property was out this week. I called them for cost estimation yesterday. All I need is to provide property square footage and furnace photos. There is no need to do in person appointment. I love how convenient that is. They sent me a detailed estimation after seeing my photos and came up with a very reasonable price (after comparison among 7 companies and friends’ experience). One thing I need to mention is they don’t over sell things you don’t need. And today they came out and got my furnace and AC all replaced.

Overall speaking, this company is super responsive, doing things with quick turn around, and they do outstanding work. Five star! I don’t normally do reviews for every service I used. This is the one definitely worth spending my time to give them a nice review.

My furnace was shutting off every few minutes due to overheating. I called this company since they have really good reviews. The receptionist who answered the phone was very polite and let me know someone would be available to come out within a few hours. Khoder came out and he was so kind. My furnace was from 1995, so it was obvious it was time to get a new one installed. Khoder also noticed that my AC was just as old. I appreciate that he gave me options for repair, instead of exclusively saying that it had to be replaced. I did make the decision to replace both due to the age and how much it would cost for parts. I got a really good deal and was able to get it installed next day. The group of guys came early and they were very respectful and fast. I am so glad that I called them. I highly recommend Crain Heating & Cooling.

I had a Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed in May 2020. Everything is running great and very happy with the units and especially with the customer service. I special thank you to Cody, Melissa and Austin.

Crain replaced a 24 year old system in my home. They gave us a very timely and clear quote, were very flexible in scheduling the installation. Installation was done very professionally, clean, and promptly. Done in less than a day. Will definitely use Crain again for future HVAC needs.
