Prompt appointment for inspection and good meeting with sales rep. Never received a quote and no call for follow up. My job required replacing the attic unit maybe they just didn't really want to do it?

My furnace was not working six days ago. I had called Ehlers out, as we had previously used them on a repair and were very satisfied. Kristian came out (same day as the initial call) and addressed the issue, but also brought to our attention some concerns - especially with a builder grade furnace being 20 years old. We decided to go ahead a replace both the furnace and air. Kristian was great as talking us through the options of two different models and was not pushy in which way to go. When it came time for installation Devin and Jake were FANTASTIC. Typically my husband manages projects such as this, but was unable to do so this time, so it was up to me. They were great at explaining to me everything they did. They cleaned up after themselves and just did a fantastic job - even with having to re-route lines. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ehlers. I would without hesitation use them again.

My heat went out over the weekend, and Steve K was able to help me get the system working over the phone until I could get on the schedule during the week to fully repair it. On the day of the appointment, Steve was on time and very professional. He had the problem diagnosed before he even arrived, and he stayed until he made sure it was running as it should. I’m a new homeowner, and he even taught me a few things about maintaining my HVAC system. My heat hasn’t acted up since! I am thankful for the quick and successful response and will definitely be using Ehlers again in the future!

Jesse Niedermeyer was excellent to work with. He called ahead as I requested when I set the appointment up to let me know he was coming. He was exceptionally thorough and discussed his findings after he discovered the problem as well as discussed his fix when complete. He was exceptionally professional, courteous, and efficient. We had been having issues with our furnace so we decided to reach out the Ehlers for some help. The technician that responded to our service call was Kristian K. This young man was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient in solving our issues. If the service provided by Kristian is indicative of what to expect when calling Ehlers, I would encourage everyone to not consider anyone else. Great business to deal with!

I own a 14 year old Carrier furnace. They have been out to the house for three service calls in the past three months to replace a heat exchanger, an inducer motor, and a control board. Each time, they have been right in the time window, great communication with text warnings when the technician is close to ready, then a phone call to let me know they are 10 minutes away. The diagnostic fee is very fair. The service rates are very fair, and they have been great with helping with the parts cost since so many pieces have failed right at the same time. Thank you, Ehlers.

I would definitely recommend Ehlers heating and cooling. My service guy Jake was fantastic. He saw the problem and fixed the problem right away. The price was fair and far below the rates I was given by another company, who treated the job like it was difficult and time consuming. Jake did what the other company said they would do in less the an hour, and that included the time he had to wait for a part. Thank you Ehlers and Jake, you are awesome!

My thermostat failed, and it did take a bit of time to get a technician out, but that was because a service call before me took longer than expected. They were great about keeping me up to date about the technician's arrival time. And when Kristian did arrive, he was very upbeat and professional, despite working a very very long day. Diagnosed the problem quickly, and before you know it, I had heat again! My furnace and central A/C were installed 6 yrs ago by Ehler's, and they did a great job, and always courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
