Scheduling a furnace repair couldn't have been any easier. They were able to fit me into their schedule much soon than I expected. I am very satisfied with the service performed by the Technician Jackie. She was professional and very knowledgeable in what she was doing. She explained the steps she took to troubleshoot the repair and to help me understand the issue and resolution. I would highly recommend Majestic Heating and Cooling for furnace repair!

Highly recommend. Very honest and didn’t try to price gouge me. Fixed my air conditioner for a very reasonable price. Didn’t try to sell me dye treatment or new furnace like two previous techs. Highly highly recommend!!

My wife and I are very satisfied with the professional services from Jackie, a very competent, flexible and knowledgeable professional. Not only she did her best to accommodate our busy schedule and did the repair but she was patient enough to explain every steps she took with actual data/facts so I could clearly understand the issue and the remedy. Moody and T showed up when they said they would! They brought a lot of tools and were very thorough- checking not only the thermostat, but also the ducts, the furnace and the air conditioning unit outside. They found the problem, fixed it and cleaned the air conditioner unit, something I've avoided doing myself for several years.
Also, they were good about wearing their masks and were very polite about taking off their shoes on my light carpet. I would recommend Majestic to my friends and other people in my complex. They will be coming back for my furnace check in a few more weeks.

Jackie, one of the service techs, is wonderful, she was so nice and informative about what the best options were. But the owner on the other hand is absolutely clueless. Asked for a quote for a new air handler, stated that this quote determined if I was buying a house or not. They told me a price and that it was not a problem, now the time has come for the work to begin and they now tell me that it’s not possible. So now I have a house with no AC that they can’t fix, but how did you give a quote if it’s not possible?!

Honestly the best service I’ve ever gotten. In the short time they were there I really felt like I’ve known these guys my whole life , they were helpful with positive attitudes , my wife does not know English but the one they call “T” is fluent in multiple languages and was able to explain everything to her and just really made her feel safe and comfortable, the other man “Moudy” I believe, aloud my special needs son to “assist” him using his toy tool set and had a conversation with him the whole time where as others have made my son feel like he’s annoying them , he was grinning ear to ear after they left , great service all around , I don’t usually do reviews unless they are negative but 6/5 stars for these guys .

My HVAC unit went out overnight and temperatures were dropping rapidly in my home. I care for an elderly parent and a foster baby. I called Majestic the next morning and they sent out technicians within the hour. The name of the. two young men that came out were Tarrick and Moudy. They instantly cane within 30 minutes of my call for service. They wore masks the whole time and were very kid snd pet friendly. They installed a brand new unit that was affordable within a couple of hours, cleaned up after themselves. Very professional, good quality service! I have recommended Majestic to all my friends and family!!!

After multiple quotes from other companies majestic gave a fair price. Not to expensive and to cheap. I got a Lennox system to replace my York . The install team was really professional and quick and efficient and clean.
