This place is incredible. My furnace was thought dead, and Mike Redmond was sent out. The furnace is old school, but Mike brainstormed until he was able to repair it! I cant tell you what his professionalism meant. Incredible business!

Jack and another gentleman came out a fixed a botched repair from another company, and explained the issue well, and said they would follow up, in a few days and see if the component they had to repair, was repaired and if not would replace it.

He went out in our shop had two other guys come out and tell us a couple days and never show back up they came right out hey that's fixed the next day

Always responsive and professional. We tend to have emergency style issues and they never disappoint. Highly recommend.

I am a senior citizen. I used their services several times years ago. I was always very satisfied.

Last week, I walked into my basement to find water gushing from my hot water tank. I called. Two very nice young men came out. They turned a valve on the tank to shut off the hot water, connected my hose to the bottom spigot to drain the tank, and left instructions for me to check the hose every couple of hours. They were in my home approximately 15 minutes. The charge was $125.

I need a new tank. Someone was scheduled to return yesterday, I called the office, no one has been out. I have been without hot water for almost a week. Very disappointing.

Very professional and efficient

Donna was great and very helpful. My service was prompt, fair and The service technicians were knowledgeable and respectful. I had my furnace and co2 levels inspected. As a new home buyer it was nice to know my furnace is safe. I will come back for future heating and cooling needs.

We called this company to come out because our boiler wasn't working. After inspecting, they said they needed to go get a part. They got it, came back, "fixed" everything. We were charged $300. The employees were pleasant enough but we spent another cold night and are still cold because the heating still isn't working in the house. Pretty expensive for no result.

So basically I had to give this place a one star just to write a review, if I could I would give them zero stars!! this place is beyond unprofessional they give you the runaround when you try to make an appointment for service call, it takes them three days to call you back and when they finally do to schedule an appointment they do not show up on their appointment time and then they don't even give you a courtesy phone call saying they're not going to show up. I don't know who is more unprofessional or incompetent, the people working there or the owner who does not know how to follow through with his responsibilities. they are a complete waste of time and a waste of a phone call, do not go to Pete's heating and cooling if you need service done you're better off paying more to get a professional response.
