We needed a new ac and furnace. Our old ac was over 34 years old. Kevin the owner came out and was very knowledgeable, gave us a reasonable quote and a time his team could install the new unit. His crew of two respectful, professional young men arrived on time. They had or ac installed and running the same day. They returned again the following day to complete the work on the furnace. It’s only been 1 day since the installation but we can already see a difference in how the new unit cools our home. We highly recommend this team.

My house was chilly and getting chillier by the hour, despite a thermostat set at 69 degrees. Kevin made room in his schedule for a service call that very afternoon. He found and fixed the problem quickly and affordably. (It was a dirty flame sensor.) I've used Prime Time Heating & Cooling before. I can't recommend this company highly enough. You'll get prompt and effective service and honest pricing. I'll be using this company to do an inspection of my air conditioner in the spring, to make sure it's ready for hot weather.

My experience with Prime Time Heating was excellent. They were able to come the next day to repair my hot water heater. I was able to leave my garage door open and they made the repair so I did not have to take a day off of work. This is very much appreciated. Wow, what a great experience! My furnace was giving me problems all week, so when I messaged the owner on Yelp's Request a Quote, I wasn't expecting a response back so quickly. Kevin, the owner got back to me within 20 minutes with a heating repairman that could even come out same day with a decent price. Nick, my repairman was AWESOME! He repaired our heating problem very quickly and we were able to get our new Ecobee properly installed too which was giving us problems. He even gave us tips to contact Consumer Energy for possible rebates. He was very knowledgeable about our heat problems and helped answer any questions we had. We couldn't be happier with the service, staff, response time, and overall experience. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others! So glad I yelped it to find this great place.

Kevin and his team have been nothing but incredible. A part on a furnace they installed for me failed at some point during the night (manufacturer defect, nothing they could have prevented) and they came out that very morning and fixed the issue, honoring the warranty. They have always taken the time to explain exactly what they will be doing, how much it is going to cost, and will give reasonable, accurate estimates of when they will be there. It is so rare to find a company that does good work and is transparent, honest, and trustworthy. I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for furnace/AC installation!

I had a new air conditioner installed in my rental home yesterday just in time for the 90 deg temps forecast for next week. I called 3 companies for estimates to replace the broken one the first company would not even come out to give an estimate for over 2 weeks, the next company came out within 3 days but seemed to distance himself after finding out I was a renter would not even finish the estimate on site , after stating they would not be able to install until mid to late August I told him to forget it. Kevin from Prime Time came out within 1 day for the estimate , knew I was a renter but still talked over everything that they would do ,what could be reused to save money and finished the estimate right then so I could tell the homeowner. We talked over my work schedule for installation which would be just the next week and worked something out that we were both happy with.Explained about the city inspection rules and permits that needed to be completed. I felt very confident about this company after talking with Kevin and reading the Yelp reviews. The day of the installation they called in the morning to say they would be there within 20 mins. Brian and Derek came and got right to work explained what they needed too and how to take care of the condenser outside, asked if I had any questions I left them to it and was happy with the results they were very neat it looked great when finished. I was nice and cool all night long. If you are looking for a heating and cooling company give Prime Time a call you won’t be disappointed.
