Running Right Heating, Cooling and More definitely did MORE! This was my first time using this company, but it won't be my last.

I needed an LG Mini Split system installed. Running Right sent two seasoned professionals and an assistant to take care of the installation. Andy, Kevin, and David were knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous when I asked details and specifics about the unit and it's functions. They went above and beyond to make this a perfect install. I even received a follow up call with my warranty & registration information already handled.

I first heard about this company on Catholic Radio, 990 AM, by Vanessa. Her husband owns the company and she shared his integrity on her talk show. Well, my furnace recently stopped working as well as my thermostat. I called a local HVAC company, who had previously done duct work in compliance so that I could move in. However, when the owner came over, he didn't check the thermostat but instead gave me an estimate for $6500 to put in a new furnace and AC. I remembered what Vanessa said and scheduled Running Right for the next day, to get another estimate. Enter Dan, who thoroughly checked my furnace, AC fan, hot water heater, replaced my broken thermostat, and checked my Carbon dioxide detector, to see if it was working correctly, with an expensive instrument. He also recorded the dates of each of these units for my records! The charge was very reasonable, plus I didn't have to purchase a new furnace and AC! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any HVAC work done right with an honest, experienced and knowledgeable repairman.

After an electrical fire in December Gary and his crew put the heat back on and just this week got the AC running. This company does an amazing job with every service call, are pleasant and cost affordable. For 10 years I dealt with another company which always resulted in long wait or rescheduled appointment. Unique text messaging system keeps you informed regarding appointment.

I have used Running Right to service both my heater and air conditioner. I was very happy with their service. They were friendly and were able to detect the issues quickly. I was pleasantly surprised in both instances with how fair their fee's were. I would highly recommend them!

I have several rental houses and used them at my personal house- I have used Running Right to Install New AC Units, New Water Heaters, New Tankless and New Furnaces (Even one that included New Ductwork as we moved from a Boiler to a Furnace) - I have ZERO complaints - Fast and Delivers what was promised which is not easy to say in this day and age.....I will ALWAYS USE RUNNING RIGHT! Highly Highly Recommended!!!!

KT is the best! I will be using Running Right from now on! He came in on short notice to fix my furnace when another company messed things up. He even came back a couple days later to address another minor issue with the humidifier that I missed initially. Thank you so much!!

I had a really great experience getting my new furnace installed. In the end it took longer than anyone anticipated due to older duct work and a very small space to work in but I couldn't be more pleased with my new High Efficiency Rudd furnace! What a night and day difference! Thank you!

I woke up to cold air coming from my unit so I reset my gas furnace and went to work. While at work I was monitoring the heat through my ecobee app and found the house was not heating up. I called and left a voicemail and received a call back within the hour. They talked me through my concerns and agreed to squeeze me in that same day between 4-5. I went home early to check it out before they arrived and found that my house was warmed up and it was my app that was not working. Andrew had texted me earlier so I let him know I no longer needed assistance.

At 2:30 am the following day I woke up to my furnace blowing cold air again. I texted Andrew again while working on my unit around 7:30 am and he responded within the hour. I cleaned the flame sensor and everything was as good as new. Even though they did not need to come out, I appreciated the prompt response and the feedback regarding what may be wrong with my unit.

Had a water heater installed by these guys along with some duct work. They did a great job and were polite and respectful. Price they quoted was very competitive. I highly recommend them.

Andrew is the man. Extremely experienced , as soon as he looked at my furnace, he pin pointed an odd case withdrawing from memory of a prior repair done years ago. Thank you Andrew.
