Legacy Plumbing - Heating & A/C

I had bought a new faucet and in the process of switching them out got a leak. The old faucet had to be cut off due to lime buildup. At first he was busy and we agreed to after hour costs but he called back after a cancellation and was at our home within the hour. He could have just as easily gone to lunch and come after hours like we had expected. He was honest and professional and has earned our business permanently !

I had Legacy Plumbing and Heating give me a quote over the phone to change my old water heater. The work was completed while I was at work. John did an amazing job with the installation of the new water heater. When I got home from work I went down to inspect his work and what I found is area was cleaner than when he arrived, the old water heater was gone, he handled his own issues if there were any. I highly recommend using Legacy for any heating and cooling needs, they did top notch work. Thank you John!!

I've hired them before and really liked them. But for some reason this time when I left a message they still haven't returned my phone call. It's been 4 days. It's a great company. But they desperately need to update their phone number on the website.

I have had excellent service from Legacy Plumbing & Heating! My air conditioner stopped working in sweltering weather. They responded immediately and after a short service call the air conditioner was working perfectly. They also did quality work for a heating issue last winter. This is a top notch company and I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing and Heating!!

It was all around a great experience! From his wife who answered the phone, she was so helpful and did everything she could to make sure it was fixed the same day (water heater). Her husband then came out within a couple hours and had that thing replaced in about an hr and a half. He did a fabulous job. Our board on our hot water tank went and I called them up they came out at their promised time and had our problem fixed and back to using hot water in no time. Very very nice person who came out. Very professional and I felt like they treated us right. I will be using them the next time I need someone out. Thank you very much !!

Quick response to call for service. Got job done in no time at all and left area clean. Job was completed to my satisfaction. Charges were very reasonable!
