I can't say enough great things about LO Plumbing Heating & Cooling! We've had them out for furnace and A/C issues at least 3 times and the techs are always friendly, professional and respectful. Tako came out today on one of the hottest days so far and quickly diagnosed our A/C unit and replaced the capacitor and got us cooled back off. He also gave me a lot of valuable knowledge about my A/C unit and what the future may hold for us since our unit is using a Freon that is now banned. I really appreciated that because it will help us prepare for the inevitable.

Austin did a fantastic job installing a bathroom sink, 5 new shutoffs around the house and two spigots. Service was fast and friendly. And the price was right too. I have used them in the past for other jobs and will definitely be giving them a call the next time the need arises.

I have not always had good experiences with contractors so I wanted to share my experience with Lake Orion Plumbing. The whole job, toilet clogged, then, a new toilet installation was just fantastic. Everyone I had contact with was very nice and professional. I was given installation times and Zack was always on time. I can give my complete thumbs up on this job! I highly recommend using this company for any HVAC or Plumbing problems you might need help with. I thank everyone with this business. Five stars out of 5.

Called for a system check on a 10 yr old AC unit. Tako came out and advised to professionally clean the cooling fins as they were 80% blocked. Did a great job and explained everything about the process. Checked the system when done and gave me pointers on how to better maintain myself.

Consumers Appliance plan sent them out to fix my washer. It was a joke. They replaced a part that was not needed, I told them the exact part that WAS needed, because this was not the first time it was having this issue and making the noise. they said they don't do that part and it was not covered anyway. then told me it was my bearings, then because i had change in the bottom it was that then it was my transmission. They marked my washer as non-fixable. I had to fight with consumers to send someone different out for a second opinion due to this. They finally agreed and sent someone today. My bearings and transmission are fine. They are replacing the hub...which IS COVERED like i stated it needed and it needs tension bars. This was the worse experience I have ever had with a repair service. Now the new company is going to call consumers on my behave and let them know that my washer IS fixable.

Lake Orion Plumbing, Heating & Cooling came out for my air conditioner which had a refrigerant leak. They made a good assessment of the situation and gave a good quote. The actual work was then scheduled and done. The system is now functional, but there was little pride in craftsmanship.

Update: A follow-up visit is currently scheduled. I'm very happy with the response from LOPHC!

Update: Just leaving an update here on my review because as I continue to have odd jobs done around the house by this wonderful company, I am always, always impressed at every step. Great communication, superior work, friendly office staff and workers in your home--it's like having a family member to call for work--you can trust them and they take care of you! I recently had a cooling/HVAC issue that was a little complicated, and this was a new area of the business for me to use. The superior quality and care extended to this part of the business, as well (I had previously used them mostly for plumbing work). I am so grateful for this company and highly recommend them!

I have used LO Plumbing, Heating, & Cooler for a large variety of work in my home for over 15 years. I highly recommend them for the simplest to the most complicated work you need. Kenny in particular recently did a couple days' worth of work for us, and everything was beyond my expectations. I truly felt I could 100% trust him to not only do things well and correct, but to go above and beyond. I didn't know I could get so excited about plumbing, hahaha. Everyone from the company who has been out has been excellent, and the office was very easy to work with. Could not be happier.

I had an incredible experience. Tako exhibited patience and professionalism while checking my AC. He showed me exactly how the system communicates and how the mechanical stuff works. I would not hesitate to contact this company again. Very reasonable pricing and comple service included.
