Thompson's did an excellent job installing our new Radiant heating system at Renaissance Equestrian Center. The horses and riders can now enjoy lessons in the warm indoor arena. Quick service, friendly, reliable, and excellent quality of work!

We have used Thompson for all of our business and personal needs regarding heating, air conditioning and plumbing. They are responsive, professional and always on time and efficient with their work. All of the work done is fairly priced. Highly recommend!

Found this team during lunch in Dundee. They were having a team meeting at the restaurant and I of course saw the truck and their shirts….after eavesdropping and listening to their crew chief talk to the team about the importance of the team and the customer, it was a no brainer. I accosted them for a card and scheduled the install for two weeks later.

Replaced old Furnace, HVAC and Water Heater. Moved T-Stat and rerouted vents to code.

You couldn’t even tell they were in the house.

Perfectly cleaned. Everything worked and not a spec of debris.

Coming back for a Generator install.

I love Thompson Plumbing and heating , been using them for years . My sump pump went out the plumbing technician was at my home within hours and had it fixed in no time . He was polite , informative , and professional !

We've been using Thompson for over 15 years for HVAC and plumbing installations and repairs. They always do a great job and their prices are a good value. Many of their technicians hold multiple certifications (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, electrical), so systems integrations are seamless. They are also friendly to work with.

During the recent weather-related electrical power outages which impacted much of Monroe County, my husband and I experienced significant flooding in our basement on multiple occasions over the course of a week as a result of our sump pumps becoming disabled.

We could not have recovered timely from that on-going crisis were it not for the kind support, compassion, responsiveness, skillfullness, integrity, and professionalism demonstrated to us by a number of representatives from Thompson Plumbing, Heating & A/C!

We contacted them for service several times, and regardless of the time of day - whether it was 4:30 PM or 1:00 AM - our calls were immediately answered and a repairman was dispatched within an hour (sometimes within half an hour) to rescue us from the disaster in which we found ourselves!

The services they provided us included sump pump repair, water draining, generator rental, and expert advice on how to prevent said disasters in the future! (It should be noted that our most frequent rescuer was a gentle-repair-man named Don who is an eternal optimist! 🙂)

Everything about this family-owned company is extraordinarily remarkable, and I am profoundly humbled by the kindness and compassion demonstrated to us during that very stressful time! ❤

Suffice it to say, God worked through the wonderful representatives of Thompson Plumbing, Heating & A/C to bless us with His grace and mercy, and I pray that, in return, God continues to shine His favor upon them! 🙏🏼

Amazing period. If your looking for professional on time and quality work for reasonable prices...these are your guys. I had a hot water tank issue long story short which no one would address. This company gave me a reasonable quote found the items no one else could ...came and did a HELL OF A JOB clean thorough and professional even fixing a few things I needed purely out of concern that I wouldn't have any further problems in the future #AWESOME. I cnt say enough...shout out to DON. He's and awesome individual and a God send. I could go on and on but I suggest you give the a try and you can finish this story yourself.

After a terrible experience with a previous company i fortunately saw a Thompson sweatshirt at a diner. Gave them a call and they were able to take care of our project and was a over all great experience. Their office staff, techs and over all material used was all top shelf. Very fortunate to know them at this point!

This review is very late in posting. Since I bought my three bedroom two bath house in 2008 I have had to eventually replace every tap, faucet, and water element, and I have exclusively used Thompson's. What should further be mentioned is that I have also exclusively asked for Gary D. as my plumber, as that dude is the best, quiet and professional like workers who come into your house should be.

I should also mention the decent prices.

Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and worked hard to get my old propane dryer uninstalled and and new one converted. When a problem came up with the conversion kit (I got from manufacturer), tech worked hard to solve the issue and get correct part ordered. He even made sure to keep an eye out when a door was open that my cat didn't run out. Great customer service during a very frustrating situation. Will be calling them back once the correct part is in and for any other plumbing issues I have.
