    We have had a great experience with this company and want to share our story. We had to have our antiquated furnace along with the central air unit replaced. Not only did they give us the best price we could find around, but they took the time to give a thorough written estimate explaining everything they would be doing along with providing detailed information on what labor and equipment would be installed. Everyone from the gentleman (Chuck) that quoted the job, to the office staff and also the installers were always polite, professional, and always made sure we knew what they were doing and why. They were always on time, and were very mindful of our home and yard making sure to take the utmost care while working inside and out during the entire process. Once installation was complete, they also applied for and made sure we got our rebates through the energy company and also pulled all required permits for the city inspections. They even registered all equipment for us saving us the hassle of doing so. That was so very much appreciated. They also corrected issues with our water heater free of charge. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Because of their attitude, their professionalism, and the beautiful install job of both furnace and central air units, they have certainly earned our trust and respect. We would absolutely recommend Dunrite Heating and Cooling for anyone needing a honest and professional company with fully competent employees to provide heating and cooling needs. We are so very thankful for them and love our new furnace and central air unit.

    My parents furnace went out after hours and my dad called another company. The service tech was definitely trying to update and get my dad to buy a new furnace. I had reservations and called Dunrite and the rep Lori was so very helpful. My dad was told that the two parts needed to get the furnace working again would be about half as a new furnace. I asked Lori what their estimate was she reached out to her service tech and told me that it wouldn't be that much. Slthey validated my reservations but my dad already paid to have the work done by this other company. I commend Dunrite by taking the time to give me a rough estimate and validate my concern. Even though I didn't have them service my parents furnace because it was too late,they took the time to assist me. I would highly recommend them because of their honesty!

    My furnace died!! I need a new furnace because there was no way to repair the old one. I was recommend Dunrite Heating and cooling by a customer of there's.. And I can not express enough how amazing the customer service was. From top to bottom this company went above and beyond what was needed and I am happy to say my family is nice and warm again! I will recommend them to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.. Great price but outstanding customer service! Thank you Dunrite Heating and cooling.. We would be freezing without you!!     We had an air conditioning unit installed 4.5 years ago, it worked wonderfully that summer. The following winter we had them install a furnace when ours quit. Ever since then things have never worked properly.

    That summer out a/c unit was short cycling. We had them come out, they said it was low on refrigerant, causing it to short cycle. In hindsight I should have inquired more about why a newly installed unit would be low. That winter our furnace was unable to keep up, they suggested replacing our brand new nest thermostat and having things re-wired. We did that and it temporarily fixed the problem. Our furnace is still not keeping our house at the set temp, or kicking on when it is supposed.

    Last summer I had them out again because our a/c was once again short cycling. The tech stated, that they probably punctured the coolant line when installing the new furnace. He was unable to find a leak, and said he would come out the following week to see how much refrigerant was in the unit after filling it. Basically, trying to see how large the leak was. He said he was going to do this on his time because Dunrite is unwilling to send anyone out to the house again free of charge. He never showed. He also stated we will have to pay for the refrigerant next year. (Which I am confident we will need). We paid last year to have everything cleaned by them which was also another suggestion.

    In short, if you want to spend over $5,000 for heating and cooling that does not work then give Dunrite a call!! This summer I plan on having another company out to correctly diagnose the issues with the equipment installation.

    My furnace gas igniter was got burned out but couldn't find the part in any hardware stores locally. I called Dunrite and got a technician come in 15 minutes. He did the diagnosis and replaced the igniter. The furnace was back in function right away. However, I did have some concerns about the services and charges.

    The next day, the service manager Chuck contacted me. He listened to my concerns patiently and explained to me how their process works. He will take my concerns and suggestions to his team to improve their service. This is an Outstanding Customer Service! I believe they will continue delivering the best service. I will use their service again.

    I called Dunrite based on their positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I thought I needed to replace my boiler, but they came out and gave me a step by step plan to avoid making a huge investment. Whenever you find an honest HVAC provider never loose their number! Use Dunrite.

    My furnace was not working and temperature got to 43 degrees. I called Dunrite and they came out that day to look at it. They took out the motor and used a device that took a video of the heat exchanger. He said there was a crack and I needed a new furnace. He quoted me $2500 for a new furnace. He did not show me the video so I could see the cracks. I called another company Marks Heating and Cooling and he came out and looked at it within 1 hour. He used the same device to look at heat exchanger and DID NOT see any cracks. He said heat exchanger was fine. He did say I needed a new motor and replaced that. I was charged $360. Very happy I called Marks, saved me $2140. Dunrite took advantage of the situation and lied to me. I Will NEVER call them again. If you call them plan on being ripped off!

    Just had George here today to clean my furnace and inspect it. He arrived right in the middle of a two hour window, which was great. He is a very well mannered person, and I believe to be a very good tech. I recommend George, and Dunrite Heating and Cooling.

    They replaced my furnace with a high efficiency one with a dual motor. I was very happy with the service I received. They ended up beating the price by several hundred dollars based on another reputable company and the work was done professionally.

    I would have given it a negative or a 0 star if it was possible, only call these people if you have extra $75 lying around that you don't need. Called these people a week before thanksgiving for maintenance, the guy came out and told me that my furnace needs to be replaced and cannot be used because the air exchanger is cracked, (he claimed he took pictures of it as well) , I said OK give me a quote and email me the pictures as well because I would like to see the damage, he agreed, a week passes by and no quote or pictures, I texted him asking him if he could send a quote ASAP because there is absolutely no heat in the house and temperature is at a freezing level, still No reply. On that note he was the most unprofessional person ever, will never ever be calling these people again.

    and of course he made sure to take the $75 just for bringing his noble self out to my house.
