I can’t say enough great things about the TCS team! We had a burst pipe this winter and they went above and beyond for us! Charles came over right away, spent several hours trying to get our heat back on and answered all of my many questions with patience and kindness. He even came over on his day off. Allison and the owner were super kind and responsive and kind as well! We couldn’t be more appreciative and will be calling them for all future needs.

I discovered that my boiler wasn’t working. I called TCS and they came right out and was very accommodating to my schedule. They diagnosed that my 25+ year old boiler needed to be replaced. They got a new unit that day and went above and beyond to get it up and running. They were very professional and did a great job with the install. I would definitely recommend TCS to take care of your heating and cooling needs.

We had no heat for 2 days, waiting for another company. When a friend referred me to this company. Not only did they have someone at my house in about 45 minutes, they didn’t charge me an “emergency “ fee. In about an hour and a half, my heater was up and running! They showed kindness and true customer service the entire time! I will be referring them to all my friends. I will also be using them for my yearly maintenance!

AC gave out, TCS got Charles and Collin out first thing the next morning. They were awesome, super patient, courteous, and professional, which unfortunately seems like a dying art these days. They quickly diagnosed the issue, part of which were very dirty coils. They cleaned it out very thoroughly and showed me how to clean out the inside of the unit, beyond just hosing down the exterior fins. They took the time to explain the issue in depth and answer all our questions. This was the best most knowledgeable service crew we’ve ever had in our home. Thank you TCS, Collin, and Charles! Look forward to having you guys back out to help us with our Arzel zoning dampers.

We have been using TCS for a while. They have done minor repairs for us as well as replacing major parts of our systems. Dave and his team are professional and courteous to us as customers. There work ethic and attention to detail is beyond reproach. I would recommend them to anyone

As a manager of a multi-site with over 500,000 sf of building space, TCS of MI has become our go to company for our mechanical and control needs. They are totally professional, knowledgeable, and fair. They can handle the large projects as well as the nuisance calls.

Tcs Michigan is a great company, all the technicians are trained and certified. I have never had an issue using them. The owner is always quick to try and help out where he can. He's even comes to help on holidays when the office is closed. I wouldn't trust any other company to come and look at my equipment. When you call Tcs you know your getting exactly what you pay for, a job done right the first time.

I was hired to whom I thought was a very polite owner. As I informed him my start date, he proceeded to influence me to meet the team and come in the next day. The team seemed very nice and polite. The owner proceeded to influence me again before my start date to come in the following Monday to get familiar with a project he needed done. I showed up at the jobsite to get familiar with the work I had been instructed would be my responsibility and reviewed plan and specs. Wrote down notes and reviewed the work in detail. The next day , he asked me to come in again, before the start date I gave him, and decided to let me go on the spot. He said his employees informed him I was unwilling to work. Not sure if the owner told the team that I showed up on my own accord to get familiar with the jobsite. I still was not on payroll and was not expecting to get paid. The owner seems to fly off the handle at any given moment and lies about turnover. At the interview, he said little to no turnover, as it turns out, it's been a revolving door after catching him in a lie after I caught him free-streaming conversation about letting many people go for minor issues. Stay clear working here! Never know if he may fly off the handle on you and you'll be looking for work if you have a bad day.

I’ve had great experiences with TCS Michigan and their Techs. They installed a WiFi thermostat and did a check up on my furnace and AC.
