John and Ken came out same day and fixed my AC issues. Gave me plenty of advice for good upkeep. The final price was VERY fair, especially when compared to some other local company who came out last year. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with the work they done on our house. The service was fast, accurate, and affordable. The people who were working were very nice as well. The new furnace works perfectly, Highly recommend them.

I have been using John and Kenny for years. They are the best! 1 day they were coming to fix the furnace or A/C, I can't remember which and my mother-in-law had a stroke, I left the check on the table, they came in did the repair, locked up and went about their day. You can't just leave any old person in your house, that's how comfortable I feel with the 2 of them. They work well as a team and work well on their own. Great heating and cooling company.

John and his partner Ken showed up to swap out a leaking water heater and install a new one. I had checked the national average for water heater install and the price I paid was half. You can't beat that these days! What else can I say? Both are personable and easy going and having been in skilled trades with the city of Detroit for 24 years and also being a
hands-on person my self I found their work ethic and how they did the job top of the line. No BS I would certainly tell others about them and use them again myself. They did a Great Job!!!

Because they know I live out of state they charged me to repair my furnace and whe it continued to do thsame they then charged me to replace it the glow coil. They repaired it several times in 2019 and 2020. Last week I seout out another company and they told me the coil they said they replaced has two cracks in it.I called today just to see what the guy would tell me they have on record and he said he's not in the office but, what do I need? He wanted to charge me $149 as a service fee to look at the work they were supposed to have done. Use them at your own risk.

This is a great company. All the people I dealt with have been very honest with us. They don't tell you you need it unless you do. This is our 2nd time using them. John is the best always answers the phone and so nice. The first time we used them we needed a new air conditioner. It works great. This time we needed a new furnace. John and Ken tells you what you need and tells you the price. If you want add to the original work while they are working. John and Ken will come back to your house the same day and tell you the price and let you decide whether you want it. No pressure sales. Gary came out and did the work. He is hard worker. I read that other people have had problems with them. But let me tell you I have used them twice and I don't even have a tiny problem with them. Please remember is it hard to find honest and hard working people out there. Them team are one of the few good guys out there. Oh John gave me a small discount for repeat customers. John was very quick to respond, and an absolute professional. He was able to diagnose the issue on my 30 year old HVAC system, without trying to push a new system on me!

I will absolutely be using him and his company when it’s time to upgrade my system, but for now the best I can do is a 5 star review and compliments!

My experience with this business and working with John was extremely professional and affordable. John went above and beyond to repair my furnace as it abruptly broke down. He found me the best deals on the parts that I needed and accommodated to my very busy schedule! I have dealt with a few other heating and cooling companies before and this business will absolutely be my number one for years to come.

Just want to say a HUGE Thank you to Kevin, John And Gary. My furnace went out last night out of the blue and I have small kids so of course I was stressing. John came over took a look and gave me an amazing price for a whole new furnace. I explained I didn’t have that much but was waiting for my refund he said not a problem I’ve been where you are before. So he let me put some down and let me pay the rest after I get my refund. I’m on that believes in good Karma and it’s safe to say good Karmas coming their way. Thanks again you guys I truly appreciate what you did for me.

Charged $130 just for John to say the furnace was broke. Asked for a discount since it was just a visual. Said he was an associate couldn’t negotiate price. Fine. I hired and paid him to certify a furnace per the City of Redford. It is a rental property. John shows up says I need a new furnace. I said ok didn’t know. Can I get a discount. He said no so I said fine. Call him next day tells me he is the owner. After I complained. He told my renter to report us to the city. He gave her business cards. Which you can not do with a renter. I pay everything. He told her we were slum lords and should report us. I called him. He denied and blamed my renter of 11 years. She Sent me proof of what happened. The unprofessionalism is unreal. He denied, he told me terrible things. A rental property that is mine: my renters house is theirs. They renters to contact me if anything is wrong. City inspected per city rules. I hire and pay to have fixed. I would never hire this company ever again.
