Ken, the technician, was highly competent. He completed the task swiftly and even attended to the little things, like changing the wet filter and cleaning the overflow pan of water that had leaked. We have used Century Heating & Cooling company twice, and both times we have been happy clients. Bravo!!

Performed start up swamp cooler for the season. Super easy to schedule on line and then they called that day to give estimated arrival time plus e-mail confirmation. Technician arrived right on time. He was thorough and explained his steps and condition of the cooler. We're relatively new to swamp cooling so he took the time to review how to operate for best performance. Very happy with his service.
