Our new furnace was installed expertly by Jeff and Ricardo. They are both professional and friendly. The installation went off without a hitch and was completed in record time. Justin, the salesperson who sold me the furnace, came by to check on me. When the air conditioner needs to be replaced, I'll use Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning. The cost is reasonable, and the Carrier furnace is attractive.

After having my air conditioner's leak checked by two businesses, who were unsuccessful, I phoned Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning. Ken arrived and discovered the leak in less than three minutes, while Jeff worked behind the scenes to obtain the part and arrange for the repair. My air conditioner was back in operation thanks to excellent teamwork before I even started to sweat. I wholeheartedly endorse this business.

After being told I need to replace my A/C because it was not repairable, I called Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning. They came out and diagnosed my problem and determined the problem was a $50 part. I asked if it was necessary to replace the system. They told me the were no signs it needs to be replaced now. I really appreciate the honesty this company has. It is too rare now a days.
