I have used this business for two other jobs over the past few years; however this particular time, I feel will be my last. I schedule an appointment for someone to come out and investigate my leaking faucet on my archaic cement utility sink. As expected, it needed replacing which I was in accepting to. Mike C. obviously had to return another day with parts, so it was scheduled a week later. After finishing up my first appointment and exiting my home, he made a comment about “getting my screen door fixed.” I don’t appreciate comments about my home that are not related to the reason one was called out for. Now for the second part, the deconstruction and removal of my old sink and installation of the new. Everything went to plan: he completed the job and I paid. After cleaning up small debris he missed, and cleaning up the new sink I found it was leaking. I also noticed that the washing machine hoses were on the wrong pipes AND he had labeled one with a “H” but labeled it incorrectly. I called and he came back a few hours later to change out a gasket and switch the hoses. One was leaking and apparently NOW is in need of replacing. While he was doing all that, I happened to step outside and go to my garage, when I noticed blue plastic on my walkway leading to my driveway AND in a 4 ft area where he had parked his van prior in the driveway. After he finished and everything seemed legit, I watched to see if he would clean up the same blue chunks that led to my backdoor or not, and he just walked past. Debris is to be expected, but I have a dog and if she stepped on one of those large, jagged pieces of blue plastic, I would have been furious. I cleaned it up. These are the reasons why I will not be doing further business with Levine & sons. Only if there are new issues with this sink, will I be calling again.

From Denise in the office to the entire staff. They communicated well, kept the house clean during work and did the job the right way! (I hope) ;)… They are my go to spot for all my plumbing needs. Everything is expensive. I was charged $2500 to dig up a 3ft hole in my bathroom to replace the shower “pee trap” and re-cement it in. They took 2 hours the first day digging, and just 30 minutes the second day to fill in the cement. After seeing the job in action and completed I did think the price was a little high. BUT everyone was professional, house stayed clean, and I am not doing it myself and didn’t really have a choice..

Nothing says fun like a Sunday sewer back up. It was easy to schedule to have a technician come out. He was on-time, great personality, explained what he was doing along each step of the way. The Technician listened to what we said about the issue. He protected our floors, wore boot covers in the house. He was GREAT! I would love to have D’Angelo work for me. He got the drain opened and he cleaned up. For a Sunday on short notice I thought it was a good value.

The cost was outrageous for what was done. $40.00 to $50.00 for the parts and was charged over $500.00 for 15 minutes of work. We had someone replace the facet in the shower and it was a lot more work and it cost half of what we paid. Don't think I will be using them again. One good thing the guy that did the work was very nice.

I guess I should have said we needed them today and they were willing to squeeze us in. Not like another place I called. They were going to change me the after hours fee.

Winston is the man! I had attempted a bit of self repair on my AC unit to no avail so I figured I’d call in the pros and I’m glad I did. Should’ve called these guys days ago! Super quick / efficient / professional / good pricing. Very glad to have functional AC. Thanks y’all!

Furnace went out early on a cold day. They sent out a tech within an hour. Z was professional, knowledgeable, fixed the issues, and gave me a bunch of useful info and tips to keep the furnace running at its best. Highly recommend. thanks Z and Levine & Sons!

William and his team were great. They explained everything that they were going to do. They worked quickly and efficiently. When finished they showed me what was done and cleaned up after themselves. I always call on Levine & Sons for all my plumbing needs.

I had a new utility tub installed.The old one (made of cement) was removed. The installation was professional, and area cleaned up. No more leaks and now I can do laundry again.

The technician Joe Wall was very informative professional explained the work being done answered my questions and was very personable which I feel is important when service is being performed. I had a great customer service experience and I will refer Levine and Sons to my friends and family.
