I'm happy they have new faces working the counter. They have great customer service and are willing to assist. I'm happy I haven't seen the other racist guys.

Whatever you need for HVAC they can get it. Great supply house to go to.

Not very 53-footer friendly. Be very careful when backing into the dock as you risk damaging your trailer on the right side. And be even more careful when leaving as there may be customer vehicles parked near the fence where the big trucks enter and leave. And it's a sad state of affairs when a truck driver is trying to be careful and the dockworker thinks he's overreacting. The other dockworker (who gave me the BOL after delivery) was more understanding, hence why I gave it another star.

Staff is helpful.

The staff could be more knowledgeable of the products. I feel they may be underpaid the Store does carry a decent amount of basic HVAC supply.

H.v.a.c distributer great supplier only if you are a licensed contractor. Prices are reasonable. The manager Todd is a great guy. Goodman dealer.
