We could not be happier with the service that Robert and his team provided. We recently bought a house and unluckily found that our air conditioner was not working well. We had a few other companies come out and give us estimations on repairs/ replacing our air conditioner. I couldn't help but feel they were trying to nickel and dime us. Finally a family friend recommended Robert. We had asked him to estimate a new unit. He discussed all of our options and was so incredibly knowledgeable. He didn't want us to dump a bunch of money into repairs if we were going to just end up replacing our unit. We ended up deciding to go with a new unit in the end. He even helped us in the interm by topping our unit with refrigerant so we didn't suffer until his company could come out for the replacement. The team that came out was prompt, efficient and left everything just as it was. Pricing was so reasonable. I will always recommend Robert and his company Hometown heating and air conditioning. We may need to replace our furnace in a year or two and they will absolutely be the company we choose.

I am a home inspector and a former contractor. I have spent decades in the trades. I am very impressed with Hometown Heating! Robert and Dan provide me with excellent service. Just yesterday they got my furnace back up and running within hours of me calling. I highly recommend hometown heating for all your HVAC needs, they are caring and knowledgeable!

My furnace "died" on a Friday night in January. The next day they were able to diagnose the issue using error codes and by having me verify a few things via email.

They offered to have a tech come out over the weekend if needed. Thankfully I was in a position to not necessarily need the furnace for a few days because weekend visits do cost more, which is true for almost any business of this type. On Monday they arrived promptly like they said they would and got started immediately.

After they finished (around 3 hours) with the main problem they let me know about another problem they found and took care of for me without charge (which cost them 45 minutes of their time). The furnace runs far better now than it did prior to failure. I had no idea there was even a problem, but now that I feel the difference it's night and day. I will certainly call them again for future business. Highly recommended.

My air went out during a massive heat wave. While all other companies said it would take days to fix it, Hometown came out the same day. They were friendly and courteous and talked me through the issues. I ended up needing to replace the air and furnace. Hometown quoted me less than other companies for the same items. The install crew were also super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was right before leaving. I would highly recommend this company!

Robert and his team are excellent!! Robert is very responsive- had an estimate and the installation was completed 4 days later! We had 4 estimates and they were the most informative, had the equipment available, and great rate! We needed air badly as ours died. We spent $650 on another company who said they fixed it, it worked 7 days, and then was told no you need a new one. They also happened to be the highest bid!😡 Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning was prompt, honest, informative, fair, and professional. Very friendly installers who were knowledgeable, careful, and helpful. I highly recommend them for any services you may need. I am not easily pleased and I did not have one issue! THANK YOU

Great people. Very professional and there work was excellent. They went over everything they had done and explained how the new furnace works and the ac and the hot water heater. Very courteous and on time. We wanted to support local businesses and we did get 3 quotes. Because of there professionalism and there honesty, we picked them. Very happy we did . I would recommend them over anyone

Robert has done work on multiple properties for us from fixing the AC, to installing furnaces + running ducts and everything in between. He does a fantastic job, always shows up when he says he is going to, and really goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!
