I was fortunate because I found them by Google and seeing the trucks on the road. Jared Gill was my electrician. He installed my exterior garage lights with ease. He gave a free home inspection & was so informative. He talk very positive and made everything make sense. I recommend Hoover Electric and Plumbing. I don't have a Plumbing problem but I feel comfortable calling if I should need them.

Overall 10/10 experience. The online scheduling system was great. Easy to use and resulted in a phone call shortly thereafter. From scheduling to arrival was just over an hour.

Zach and Chris fixed my water heater quickly and completely. They explained everything they were doing and answered my questions in understandable language. They offered tips on preventive maintenance. They even called the manufacturer so the replacement parts could be covered under my warranty to save money.

Cody was a consummate professional, correctly diagnosed the issue the first time, and got me what I needed without pushing me towards unnecessary repairs or replacements. Also kept me informed of the realistic consequences of various options, to help me make an informed decision. Will definitely be calling him again if/when I have another issue!

I reached out to Hoover on Wednesday regarding an outlet that was not working in my rental property. They were able to get me in right away and worked with my schedule. Dalton came to the property, polite as could be and was able to find a solution within an hour. Being a landlord is difficult in knowing who to trust on a tenant’s behalf but Dalton’s passion for not only his job but Hoover made this an easy decision. The work was completed within two hours and we were all on our way. Grateful for the service and will be recommending others in the future.

Garon Fry was our plumber and another fellow with him who’s name I believe was Moe. They arrived on site about 9 this morning and were done by 11:30. Great work and explained everything they were doing. Cleaned up when they were done. Friendly and professional.
These guys were so good at their work I don’t think I would call anyone else. In fact we had two magnetic advertisements on our fridge. The wife took them off and threw them away. And we had called them and the wait time was unacceptable. Hoover was there for us when we needed them.

I didn't actually use your services, but Kevin was very punctual, considerate, and HONEST! I had intended to use sterling heights smart energy program (the only reason I was searching for service/upgraded appliances). Kevin was very upfront and showed me an email stating the funding had run out. His integrity is unmatched. It will definitely steer me towards Hoover when I do need service!

Today one of your technicians came to help us with our faucet his is name Wesley Green. First and foremost he was very respectful. He worked very quickly and professionally, our house is old and only has wall mount it is very hard to find wall mounts. The faucet we found at a local hardware store. He worked very hard to figure out how to get it to balance in place, but, finally he got it and now I have a working faucet. He got it done quickly and

I call Hoover electrical when my first call to another company told me they couldn't help me until Friday. My call to Hoover didn't go through but THEY called me. Someone was able to come right away.Mike did an excellent job handling the sewer backup. He was very informative. I definitely would recommend this company.
