We had multiple options, however we selected Royal Oak Heating, Cooling & Electrical because they have an excellent reputation and their proposal was easy to understand and well within our price point. Our sales representative (Mike) was knowledgable, friendly and accommodating. The two technicians, Russell and Mason were great! They were very respectful of our property. They kept us informed all through the installation process. We are very happy we chose Royal Oak Heating, Cooling and Electrical, and we will highly recommend them to our friends, family and associates.

The Team from Royal Oak Electric were outstanding. They were on-time and very thorough. The installation was done quite well…looks and functions great. They made sure to clean up before they finished. Very easy to work with Royal Oak. This is the second time we’ve used Royal Oak and will use again for our electrical needs in the future.

Steven was very knowledgeable and was very helpful and kind in getting my central air unit up in running again before it got to hot on a Saturday. I called that morning and he was here when promised. He did have the capacitor replacement which was the cause of my unit to fail. Awesome job Steven and thank you so much.

5 years ago they did a quick fix of changing out the coupler on my furnace, quick and easy, good price. We've since had them completely replace the furnace that was 27 yrs old w a broken heat exchanger. They arrived at 8:30am and were done by 3:30 or so. Always called before arrival and kept me updated throughout the install. Also had them come out and install a separate a/c unit and fix one another company put in incorrectly as it wasn’t blowing out cold air. Every employee I've interacted w has been great, Riley, Russ, and Scott who came out to do the furnace estimate.

Update: while the technicians have been very skilled, and this is not related to their work, the update (and lower rating, down to a 3 from original 5) is due to the products installed. I would caution anyone that has a Bryant AC or furnace installed (by any company) We had RO H&C do the furnace (model:915SB) Nov 2019 and AC Aug 2020 (both Bryants) the furnace is now completely fried due to design of Bryants AC condenser coil (N shaped instead of A) so condensation was excessive enough to completely destroy the electronics of the furnace. Bryant won’t cover their warranty, claiming “secondary damage” even though it’s from their parts. I was advised by a diff HVAC company to change out the condenser coil to avoid the excessive water. I used Royal Oak Heating and Cooling in 2018 and found them to be a good value compared to another quote I received, so I called them when I had an issue with my heat. The quote they gave me was so incredibly high I will NEVER use them again. The $85 I paid for the server call was pointless. I wish I never would have called them and will never call them again.

Royal Oak Heating, Cooling and Electrical replaced two furnaces/ac units and a boiler. Our home was built in 1926, They have been true to their word, following up and scheduling maintenance that is covered the first part of ownership. "Jake" was the technician who came out to get me all set for my spring maintenance. At the same time, I was having some issues with one return on my boiler. He took the time to thoroughly check out the issue, gave me my options and helped me make a decision about repairs given our communication. He did not charge me for the extra time it took him, (not an easy diagnosis) and was very pleasant and professional. Jake has a calming presence about him that made me feel confident in his diagnosis. The business is tops in my book. All the employes and the owner are very professional and know their content well. Setting up appointments can be challenging with work schedules but they always make it work for me as I am sure they do for other customers. The prices for the furnaces/ac units and boiler were competitive. But the service before, during and after the installation is off the charts.

I hired them for installing a whole house backup generator. The experience was seamless end to end. The technical team completed the job as planned and within budget/scheduled timelines. Will work with them again in the future if needed.

We had a full house generator installed by Royal Oak Heating, Cooling, and Electrical. I had multiple quotes done and they came in at the best price by a significant amount. Mike H. did our quote and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very responsive to our emailed questions after receiving the quote.

We asked for a late March install and they easily accommodated us. Melissa C. from the office was amazing to work with and helped us get our new Generac registered to receive the warranty prior to install.

For the day of the install, the whole crew was extremely respectful of our home and us. Gage and Russel were the crew chiefs and kept us informed throughout the whole day. The whole crew was just a really great group of guys. Everyone seemed so friendly and like they genuinely were enjoying their job.

We will definitely use this company for any future heating, cooling, and electrical needs in our home.

The office staff and the technician who completed the maintenance were all friendly, thorough, and helpful. Joshua, the technician, was very conscientious about providing all the information and instructions I might need, as well as meticulous in the completion of his service checklist.
