Called on New Year’s Day. Technician came out within 2 hrs, before their scheduled time. Went to replace thermostat and the technician noticed wires were loose and that was the issue. He could’ve simply swapped it out and charged us, but didn’t. Honest company, quick turnaround, even on a holiday. Thanks.

Yaz was wonderful! When I called my warranty company for a heating issue, the initial company contacted couldn’t come out until next Monday, so they contacted Ultra Climate Control and Yaz was able to come out the same day.
