Krane Heating and Cooling

Very pleased with Krane Heating and Cooling: they answer the phone, they are courteous, they were able to schedule and come out quickly, and they do good work—my beautiful new air conditioner is working perfectly! They also have a good warranty.
I really appreciate Chaz and Charlie for expertly installing my new air conditioner. The house is comfortable and there is no longer humidity in the basement.

Service Technician Daryl arrived within a few hours of my call for service, quickly diagnosed my A/C issue, replaced the capacitator, and made sure I got the applicable service charge discount I was eligible for since having them install my new furnace last Fall. He also quickly checked out the furnace and reversed the opening on the filter door so I wouldn't burn my hands on the water heater vent when I opened it. This really seems to be a company that cares about its customers. Thank you!

I called them Friday morning, they came out same day! Darryl was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even with the unfortunate news that we would need a new unit they made that process as smooth as possible for us as well.

When you find yourself in that scenario, I do NOT recommend using Genysis Credit Union when having to select a financing option. That experience was AWFUL! No one answers the phone amongst other things. But, Krane was amazing regardless! They came out as soon as our paperwork was finished and installed our new unit in 2 hours.

My family appreciates the quality service Krane Heating and Cooling provides. We called on a Saturday night due to our furnace not working. Daryl was kind enough to take the time to speak with my husband over the phone and help spot the issue. He gave my husband instructions on how to put a band-aid on it and supply us heat until the new part arrived. He even called to check on us the next day to make sure we still had heat. The part came in in a timely manner. Daryl was kind, professional and replaced the new part quickly. We will definitely use them for all future services. Excellent service!

Koda installed my Bryant Air Conditioner and it was a clean nice job. He cleaned up and was so polite. He uninstalled my 1989 Ruud r22 air conditioner and put in a nice Bryant. Besides the Weeds in the picture the AC is great! Now my neighbors will be happy with the quieter unit that will save me alot of money on my electric bill. Thank you Krane and Koda.

We could not be more appreciative of Darryl coming to help us so quick! Our AC broke on a hot day, and we couldn’t open the windows if we wanted to because of the smoke outside! With two toddlers at home, we are so grateful to have the AC repaired. THANK YOU!

Have used since we moved here in 2016. Had to replace furnace and air conditioning unit. Very satisfied with this company. Daryl has been here several times and he is the best.

I had no heat for an entire weekend. This company was able to assess the damage from the report I received from the initial service tech (different company). Krane scheduled me right away. I was told the job would take six hours plus. These men arrived on time, close to 8:30AM, the unit was installed, mess cleaned, and they were gone before noon. They offered to answer any questions. Connected previous things to the furnace and made a recommendation to have ducts cleaned. I appreciate the timely and so far effective service and equipment provided.

Daryl from Krane came out within an hour to address a furnace that wasn’t working. Next day Chaz and Charley installed new furnace and a/c. They called when on way, worked diligently and cleaned up. I felt confident in their workmanship and honesty. Very satisfied

After going through an extensive quote collection process to replace our furnace and a/c we are VERY happy that we chose Krane! In a non-pressure manner they educated us on new technologies, provided us the best information on the available products, and over prepared us for what to expect throughout the entire process through installation. Everything went exactly as described and the new equipment was installed just as if it were the installers home. It all looks so clean an neat, we are so impressed! As for the price, they were 3% higher than the lowest quote we received for the same exact high efficiency furnace and a/c. I would've paid more based on our excellent experience. Thank you Krane!
