Robin Aire Service Company

I was very impressed and pleased with Robin Aire. I got five quotes on replacing my AC and Furnace. After comparing all of the quotes, Robin Aire was clearly the best choice, providing me top rated Lennox equipment at a very competitive price. The salesman, Don Hahn, was very knowledgeable and demonstrated a high level of integrity. He was also exceptional at follow-up. During installation, the team was very professional and polite. I was impressed with the great care the took, laying drop cloths, wearing shoe covers, etc. They completed the job on schedule. And they thoroughly reviewed all of the work they had done, how each system worked, and what I needed to know to maintain it. I highly recommend Robin Aire.

I had to go into work and had a family member meet the technician at my house. From the moment he called to tell me that he was on his way, he was rude and unprofessional. He gave me attitude about who was going to pay for the service and who was going to make decisions. I let him know that my delegate was authorized to make decisions and pay for the services. Also, that I could be available by phone if a big decision was needed. When the technician started the service, he was extremely rude. When asked clarifying questions, he wouldn’t answer or answered aggressively. We ended up getting a refund on our service. But, I’m extremely surprised this company received so many 5-star reviews.

Jason my sales technician was very knowledgeable and even made himself available for questions on the weekend. I got 5 quotes and RobinAire after some negotiation was able to beat all their competitors. Eric from the install team was kind and efficient as well. I would recommend this companies pricing, customer service, and quality of work to all!

Our exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working properly. Greg came out and was awesome as this was a small job, however he still came out and repaired it when 2 other companies would not return my call nor show up when promised. You have a customer for life! Outstanding customer service from start to finish and we will definitely be using your company for future projects!

The guys at Robin Aire did a wonderful job. Don who did the quote for us did a great job teaching us about the systems and gave us different options to choose from. Originally, we were going with just the A/C but decided to go with a furnace as well. The techs who installed the systems for us (Eric, Alan, and Nicky), were very professional. They were on time, proper, and respectful in our home. I was very impressed from the company overall and if I ever need HVAC service, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

Our 28 yr old A/C was failing last Fall. Furnace was 20 yrs old. Emailed Robin Aire because we had used them for servicing A/C in 2010. Wanted to get this done early (around end of March 2023 :)
Quote delivered next day with surprising discounts/tax credits. In a couple of days they came and installed it all in 1 day.
Nick & Leo did a great job. They removed the old systems and installed the new furnace, A/C, filter, humidifier & smart thermostat. They took care to not mess up our home moving things in and out and they left everything neat. They answered all my questions & set me up with the Thermostat app on my phone. Great job Robin Aire!

Greg arrived on time & with one look knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our issue. He completed the work quickly & left our outdoor wiring neater - & more importantly safer - than he found it. Would definitely recommend this company & plan to have them back for a few other projects we are currently planning.

Robin Aire offered higher tier equipment at a lower price, the staff was professional and friendly. Wasn’t necessary but the gesture was not unnoticed: they use drop cloths and booties through my house, and they were on time to the minute. The salesman and install team was friendly and more than helpful in staying around to patiently explain the work order, the benefits of various options, and how my system worked. Beyond highly recommend. I am typically very analytical and sometimes hard to impress, but I will say this is a well run company.

Greg S. and Victor N. performed maintenance on my outdoor whole house generator. Both were very professional/friendly. Greg clearly knows his stuff and from him I learned more about my system than I ever got from the installers (Sharon's). I will continue to use all of Robin Aire's services for my home. Dennis was very courteous from the time he got here. He cleaned, checked the furnace as well as may reading on it. He also answered all the questions I had during that process. I had also told him that we were not happy with comfort of our home so he had made some changes on our Smart Thermostat, we'll see how that works out. I've been very happy with this Company right from the install to all the service we've had!
