Americool heating and cooling

Americool just replaced our furnace with a new package unit. We have an old house with an old heating setup and the guys refit all necessary ductwork and was able to free a closet for me where our old furnace was. They were thorough with everything and explained the whole process.. they were really good about cleaning up after themselves and keeping each other on tasks and communicating with each other what needed to be done..very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked. Thank you Ed, Josh and Ryan for the great service!!

My old boiler system failed at the end of winter 2021-2022. I wanted to invest in a new boiler system with a 95% efficiency rating. I also wanted to keep my dollars local. Americool installed a work of Heating Art! I recommend Americool for any HVAC services and installation.

They did a great job installing our furnace and air conditioning unit at a great price, they arrived right on time and completed the job quickly. I'm very happy and I would highly recommend this company!

My parents had a 20 year old furnace leaking and suddenly not working days before sub zero temperatures were to hit. They did recommend to replace the system and we had already repaired a heat exchanger a couple of years before and the system was at its life span. Ryan and his apprentice did arrive onsite within hours with a new unit and had heat to my parents house by 8pm. What was a very stressful event for my parents initially, ended with a heated home. Greatly appreciate their promptness on getting the system installed and walking us thru the process.

Greg (from Americool) charged me $90 to look at my furnace for two minutes before telling me that the only thing he could do is sell me a new furnace for $5,000.
I called a different place the next day, paid to have it assessed again, and then paid $230 for parts and labor to have it fixed. They even told me that the problem I was experiencing was very common with the brand of furnace that I have, and not a big deal.

I saved over $4,500 by getting a second opinion…could have saved more if wouldn’t have called Americool in the first place.

I could not be more pleased! Ryan and Zack did a professional installation of a new high quality central a/c unit in 1.5 hours. They arrived at their scheduled time and are very personable. And bonus! They determined that my coil did not need to be replaced because it was R-410-A compatible which saved me $. When my old a/c went bad I called them at 07:00 and Ed responded promptly. These guys are the NFL of heating and cooling. Gary Kapp. I'm using my daughter's Google account. :)

Fast, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt, are just a few adjectives I can use to describe Americool. My new air unit was installed quickly. The tech was awesome! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend Americool!

The guys did excellent work! I had my AC and furnace totally replaced. They did the job in a timely manner, cleaned up the jobsite, and even got an old 400 pound Lennox out of my basement with minimal issues. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

Ed scheduled my appointment for next day. Greg was on time, polite gave me options and fixed my A/C at time of service call. I will definitely be using them again if needed. Can’t go wrong with Americool! Thank you Ed and Greg.

You must use this company; they are fantastic!

We called Americool Heating and Cooling when our AC went out on a 90 degree day. They were really busy, but they were still able to come out and help us later that day! We ultimately needed to new unit--which we knew because we'd been told we needed a new unit a couple years earlier from a different company, but the other company told us they would need to redo the duct work too!

Americool told us that wouldn't be necessary! They fixed our AC up that day to get us by until they could install the new unit. Then they came out about a week later with the new unit and installed it. They were so nice and helpful. They couldn't open our back door, so they ran to the hardware store to get the parts to fix our door knob, and then they fixed it for us!

These guys went above and beyond and did a great job, and on top of that they were so kind. I'm so glad we went with Americool, and I'd recommend them to anybody!
