A technician showed up as scheduled to address the issue with my gas furnace. Went through the troubleshooting process and identified the problem within half an hour. Verified I was ordering the correct part online and had him install it the next day. Great customer service like this is the reason I will use Empire Heating & Air Conditioning again to replace my furnace next spring.

This is pretty lukewarm review for me. Recently we had someone come out to address the humidifier on our furnace. Service was prompt, satisfactory, but perhaps price was on the higher end-something I can usually justify especially if everything else is exemplary. Fast forward to a week later and our water heater was leaking. The estimate for a basic replacement water heater included labor/install cost estimate of nearly $2000, with a grand total of nearly $5400? It would be prudent for your business and potential customers to know your competitors completed the exact same job, same day, for literally HALF the cost.

The tech was in the neighborhood doing a job, so i asked about his experience, pricing, etc. He showed me some of his work - and he was kind enough to knock some hornet nests down in my soffit lights while we spoke! He was professional and reasonably priced, so I decided he was the right person to get my vents cleaned up. I will follow up with more when he comes back to do the air duct cleaning :)

The installation took place last week and I was very pleased by the two men who were very professional and considerate. The work has been completed to a high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending Empire Heating & Air Conditioning.
