These guys were excellent, professional, on time, dedicated, worked above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for HVAC Air Con work for any system install or repair!

We had an issue with the temperature inside. When the heat hit the temp we set it at, it would turn off until it was 5 degrees below what we set before coming back on. After a few calls, I came across Perfection Heating. Their ratings were high, so I decided to call them, and they were very quick to come out the same wk of my call. When David came out, he was very quick to find it was the sensor that needed replacement. He was here in and out in less than 30 mins and honestly was a very kind person. We were happy heating was consistent now. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that David was at our house on a Thursday. Friday to Sunday, we were out of town, so we didn't get a feel of if the sensor replacement really fixed our heating issue. Woke up today (Monday, after New Year) to find the temp of our house at 61 degrees. We set it at 73, so it was freezing. When I called Perfection heating, it was going to cost over double if they came out during non-office hrs on top of any additional repairs. Compared to Aquarius, which actually came out today at a cheaper rate, there was a big difference in the quality of service rec'd. If Perfection Heating ran a complimentary furnace evaluation like Aquarius, I think they would've caught that the ignition had a problem. It could've been a 1 stop/fix for us.

David was awesome. Called ahead, showed up on time, was courteous and professional. Ac back up and running! Will be using Perfection going forward.

Wonderful! I'm embarrassed to say that I had 2 other heating companies out to look at my 3-unit building about the fact that the zoned system didn't seem to be working properly. Both told me it was fine. I started getting tremendous gas and electric bills during the SUMMER, and upon a referral we called Perfection Heating out to take a look. The technician was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and found the problem right away. It wasn't a small repair, but we knew it had to be done and their pricing was very reasonable. One month later my utility bill just came and it was less than 1/3 of what the previous bills had been. I am thrilled and so thankful we were able to find this great company to work with. 10 stars!

While the system has experienced several unforeseen challenges since, Erin and Ray have responded to each situation in a timely, same day manner and both convey a genuine desire for the system to be successful.

When I have had to call for follow up troubleshooting and service, it is rewarding to know that from the time Erin takes my call till Ray arrives, I can be assured they will provide a prompt solution!

Jordan, Derek, Erin, and the entire team at Perfection were absolutely great to work with. They solved a huge issue our home had with something a previous contractor had overlooked. The system they installed has made a world of difference in the overall comfort of our second story. Could not have gone better.

We recently moved into our 1911 two-story craftsman, which of course had hot water heat and no AC. We chose a ducted mini split with one air handler in the basement for the first floor and the second air handler in our walk-up attic for the second floor bedrooms.

Mike and Dalton did the installation. Each day of the project, we were absolutely amazed at their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The registers and returns look fantastic. In the basement and attic, all the ductwork is beautifully tucked out of the way with no lost headroom. It truly is a work of art. And, best of all, our closets are untouched! I can't believe how quiet the system is - you can barely hear it.

They finished just before the first big heat wave in June, thank goodness. And, a month later everything is working perfectly.

We highly recommend Perfection Heating and Cooling. If you get get Mike and Dalton, that's a bonus! Your dogs will love them.
