I had Jeff to my home to troubleshoot an issue with a 3 head Fujitsu mini-split system. He did a thorough analysis, made recommendations, and completed his work. Jeff was efficient, analytical, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. His expertise gave me confidence the work was done to spec and done with care and confidence. He arrived on time, was polite, wore shoe covers in my home and wasn’t rushed to get to the next job. The pricing was fair for service on a complicated piece of equipment. It should be noted that no work was performed that didn’t need to be done. Nice job, Jeff! I will have Midland Heating & Cooling back when I replace my primary HVAC system.

Jeff did a fantastic job of figuring out the issues and fixing two different air conditioners (one in the basement and another one in the attic.) He was super kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We were told by another company that we would need to replace both AC units but Jeff repaired them!

Great experience from the get go with the installation of a Unico system, a heat pump, and bathroom exhaust vent! Todd respected our request to limit the discussion to a high velocity system, which was appreciated after failing twice to find another company that would do that. He was also able to accommodate our timeline so that we could coordinate concurrent work on other projects in the installation areas. Lonnie, Ernest, and Rosie were on site for the install and answered all of my questions and concerns. We ended up having an inspection from the city and Lonnie came back out to quickly install a bathroom exhaust vent to code (this was unrelated to the install of the Unico system but related to our concurrent projects and so was a great convenience for us). Todd helped wrap up that inspection by speaking directly with the inspector, which was so helpful! Lonnie did come back out a few times (this last time with Ernest) to wrap up a few loose ends. Wonderful group, great personalities, 100% will hire again, 100% would recommend!

We had a new mini-split installed by Earnest and Jason. They both knew what they were doing, worked non-stop till the job was done, were friendly and fun, checked with us frequently to make sure they were doing what we wanted. I'd hire these guys again.

The team who removed and installed a new boiler were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They worked extremely hard (the old boiler was incredibly heavy and difficult to remove from my old home’s basement) and they were very careful to not track dirt or make a mess. They were professional and I would highly recommend using this company. I have A/C work that needs to be done this spring and I will be calling Midland for that work, as well!

We had Midland install our humidifier when we moved in last February. For some reason, 10 months later water wasn't being pushed into the unit. Glad I called because a valve needed to be replaced and it still fell under the 1-year warranty.

The folks at Midland got someone to my place within an hour of my initial call to diagnose the problem and had everything repaired within a couple of hours. Quick, painless, and informative.
