I have nothing but praise for this plumbing company and his staff. They are professional from the moment you pick up the phone and they ask, "How can we make your day better?" until they leave. this company has always done a great job for us when we've had him out for annual plumbing inspections. We appreciate hiis thorough explanation of the work to be done and his advice on what to look out for in the future (such as connector hoses that are showing signs of wear but do not yet need to be replaced). Manny and his team, Charley & Kelvin, just finished a full plumbing job for us. Excellent work, indeed. Manny's performance was outstanding. The plumbing work was completed superbly by them. Kelvin, Charly's assistant, and Abel himself were meticulous. Charley has excellent communication skills and an expertly professional demeanor. We appreciated that the repair was completed on a Saturday and were therefore very pleased.

What a fantastic opportunity! Two years ago, we had Kevin install a new water heater in our house. It has been functioning well without a hitch. I just wanted to get it looked out to make sure it was being properly maintained and to catch any problems early on. My wife and I have also been hearing some dripping sounds in three different parts of the house, which has caused some concern. I gave Kevin's office a ring and got an appointment within a week. I appreciated the text message that let me know the appointment had been set. Kevin also texted me that day to let me know he was on his way. I appreciate the regular updates that keep me in the loop. Kevin arrived promptly. Being polite and competent best describes him. I told him about all the possible leaks we were experiencing, and he immediately offered me his expert judgment on each of them. Kevin has obviously been working in this field for quite some time, since he is quite knowledgeable and provides incredibly specific descriptions of everything. Within that time frame, he had serviced the water heater. I'm the type who wants to get to the bottom of things by asking a lot of questions. He was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating; I won't go anyplace else. I'm relieved to know that a reliable professional is taking care of my water heater, and the whole process was satisfactory.a As of the 22nd of December, we were having a lot of trouble with the weak water pressure in our shower and one of our faucets. I was worried that it was a clogged pipe that would cost a lot to fix. We decided to schedule a meeting. Within seconds of his arrival, Charly had determined that the problem was not a clogged pipe but rather worn-out filters. He showed me the old filters he had to repair and how they had broken down over time, preventing water from passing through. Quick repair; we now have full water pressure in both the shower and the sink faucet. Charly was wonderful in every way: cordial, helpful, and expert. What a delight it was to work with them! It's very appreciated. Update On March 23rd, my better half was in the shower. While I was downstairs, I heard water dripping from the shower in our utility room. When you opened the door, you could see that it was raining heavily. The next morning, I called Kevin and was relieved to find that he was available for an appointment. Both Charly and Kevin came in and ran testing to immediately identify the source of the issue. They showed me where the leak was coming from and told me they needed to replace some old pipes. They didn't try to hide the costs or the length of time it would take to finish. We agreed to meet again in two days. They showed up promptly, and they finished the job in under 2 hours. The water leak was so severe that they showed me the section of pipe that had to be removed. After finishing the fixes, they ran a battery of tests to ensure that everything was in perfect working order. The work done by Charly and Kevin was, as always, friendly and expert. Our shower is fully operational once more. It's very appreciated.

When I called them, they came out right away to check out why our water heater was making popping noises and turning off. They sent their best people because this was such an unusual failure. Charley was very thorough in dismantling the mechanism, checking it, and reassembling it correctly. Kelvin also did a great job when he took out the rod and put the new one in. They carried themselves in a businesslike and friendly manner.

I had to call Minneapolis Plumbing today to fix a leak in the P-trap and drain pipe beneath the washing machine.Freddy and Ernie, the technicians, reviewed the issue and informed me of the scope and cost of the repair. They were very patient with my many questions and provided answers to my satisfaction. The work that Freddy and Ernie did met with my approval. They did a great job, were pleasant to work with, and finished quickly.

As he began preparing the area to replace components, he noticed that the water valves had been shut off. He only billed me for his travel time. Totally trustworthy and forthright. This plumbing company is fortunate to have him on staff.

After adjusting the water pressure in my boiler, I had to bleed the radiators in every room. Kevin and Charly did a fantastic job and handled everything with professionalism. Definitely going to be recommending them to my friends and family!
