Their responsiveness is not good. Had a fleet of service vehicles at one point. Now it’s just the owner and he unfortunately can’t keep up with customer demand. Had to call someone else to service the units he sold be due to lack of communication, response and resolution for intermittent warranty issues

The tech that came out to to replace my unit through choice home warranty didn’t know my husband was an old hvac tech. The tech that came out didn’t acid flush my lineset from where I had a burnout. He also don’t recover the Freon(EPA was notified) he then installed a new cond without ever pulling a vacuum and didn’t install a liquid line dyer or change the R22 piston To a 410a piston. Idk if the tech was new to the job or just lazy.
