I was assigned to Memphis Air Care through my home warranty company. I was skeptical, based on the reviews, but I had a really good, almost great, experience.
They did not schedule the appointment in the 2 business days requested by my warranty company, so I contacted the company and they called me first thing on Monday morning.
My issue was not urgent, so my appointment was set for Thursday. Initially I was given an 8 hour window. When I told the scheduler that wasn't going to work, I needed a smaller window, she was able to accommodate me. I was told they would call Wednesday afternoon to confirm that and give me a better idea of the expected appointment time, but that call never came.
Even so, on Thursday afternoon, the tech was here. They did contact me after his previous appointment to let me know he was on his way (always appreciated!) and he arrived promptly. He listened to the problem(s) and the history of the symptoms I'd seen and quickly diagnosed the issue. After doing a visual inspection of any other potential issues with the units he was able to get the units working better in a matter of minutes. He offered advice based on the age of the house and the condition of the air conditioners and offered some tips for keeping them running efficiently. The tech, Brian, did a great job and despite the scheduling delays and disorganization, I'd use Memphis Air Care again because of his professionalism.

Very friendly, trustworthy and professional! Highly recommend them. The technician found the problem, ordered the part right away. When the part arrived, they returned quickly to install it. A special thanks to Shadie! He noticed a couple of bolts in the ladder to our attic was loose and one missing. He replaced the missing bolt and tightened the others. Above and beyond...EXCELLENT customer care. Thank you!

They've replaced 2 units outside and new coil in attic. Then, couple of years later, I had the other coil replaced in attic. Shadie has been our main technician, hes always professional and infomative and thorough. He's observant about things that can become issues (frayed wiring in this case or how condensation may drip outside of the pan in extreme situations etc). I'll also say that the lady on the phone is polite and courteous. I recommend this company.

Memphis Air Care has made three visits to our home (so far) due to the fact that our insurance dictates the company we use. This is the third time in about three weeks our air has been out, this time so conveniently on a weekend, when they are closed, so we’re left high and dry. Despite the fact that my fiancé outright told the technician the problem, he failed to fix the problem the first time, and he told us it was something else. Two days after the “fix” it went out again. The same technician returned and confirmed that it was indeed the issue that we pointed out to him the first time. He said he would be back the same day to fix the issue and he did not return, nor did we receive a call indicating that would be the case. After he did finally replace the fan, the AC worked for less than a week, and, surprise, it is no longer working. I would be thrilled to never interact with this company again; unfortunately we’re in a bit of a bind in that regard. If you have a choice, save yourself the hassle and find a better company.

I was assign this company through my home warranty. The technician was great but the main office is a joke. They wouldn't call you and tell you they weren't coming out to do the work even though they had an appointment and then you have an appointment and the they show 5 hours later. The communication is no existant. They want there money and that's it. I feel bad for ther technician's. Because they have no clue what the front office makes that business look like.

Didn’t have cool air and condenser was frozen up. The service scheduler told me to leave if off so it had time to thaw, which it was by the arrival of the technician. Awesome having the text alerts letting me know ETA. Went by the book on what to check for with problem. Starting with dirty filter, then instead of just saying that was the only issue, then systematically checked everything that could hinder performance. Checked dampers, vents, unit cleanliness and coolant levels. Explained and educated on everything as we went. Very professional and would always knock prior to re-entering house as one example. I’ll be asking for Shadie by name the next time.

Great Service! We have used Memphis Air Care for years, and they have always diagnosed the problem and fixed shortly upon arrival. The techs are knowledgeable and mindful that we are running a business. They will work with our schedule and avoid rush hours (i.e. Lunch). They will keep us posted when ordering parts and will give free estimates on jobs that need to be completed. Their bids are competitive and they will walk you through pricing, so you understand what you are paying for.

They even installed a new unit in my home, and has been working great for 6 years now without a single issue. I will continue doing business with Memphis Air Care in the future without a doubt.

Memphis Air Care (MAC) did work done under a home warranty service in Fall 2017. Code was not followed and left my unit exposed to possible damage. MAC was called to my unit when it stopped working 2.5 years later (part under warranty) MAC did a service call and said the compressor was bad. They left me alone with no contact over a hot weekend with a newborn. They called back on Monday and said the part was under warranty and wanted $700+ in labor. Luckly a friend had came out over the weekend and looked at it, reparied it (no replacement parts) and the unit works fine. MAC didn't install a cut off, ground the unit, or update the breaker for the new unit. All of this is against Shelby Count building code. They were informed a few weeks ago and have gone silent with no return phone calls or communication. Stay far away from this company.
