Vicksburg Cooling & Heating

Had issues with my A Coil freezing up. Called Vicksburg Heating &Cooling at 09:10. By 10:30 they had my house chilled like a meat cooler.

Called out to change a crossover
on my modular home and after an inspection was told mine was still in great shape.Saved me a ton of money.They did find a drainage problem and fixed it promptly.

Quick, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Came out within 15 minutes of calling, made every effort to get my condenser running, and then went the extra mile when they couldn't get my replacement motor any time soon.

Wasn’t getting air flow through one half of my mobile home/double wide called VC&H and they came out and replaced my cross over duct and informed me of two more issues that I had with my outside unit and asked if I’d like them to proceed with those repairs as well. Which I agreed to when I got home that evening my house was a cool 70° in the middle of summer I had been enduring 80°+ temps in my home for a while. VC&H has been doing work for my parents for years and has proven time and again that they are dependable and trustworthy. VC&H will be the only business to work on my AC.

Rick and staff are a very professional and knowledgeable company. Our HVAC system was dying and they recommended a more efficient unit. Rick and his staff installed our new unit in 1/2 a day during the hottest part of the summer. We are very pleased with our new HVAC system which is working has promised and keeping the humidity down, which was an issue with our old unit. Thanks Vicksburg Heating and Cooling for taking care of us.

Company is not reliable or do they stand by their word. Unit when out, but problem wasn't diagnosed until second call was made. Advised that would return the following day or the next at the latest to make necessary repairs, no show. Advised would return two more times during the week, no show. Advised would return first thing this morning, but now apparently that has changed to one to two hours. Frankly don't expect them to show at all. Rating this company one star, but only because can't rate them less.

Corey came out the same day I made the request to install an extra wire for my Nest thermostat. Absolutely would recommend this company and him.

Helpful, thoughtful service.They went above the usual service. We are very satisfied with our new unit, and the improved second unit. Our house is much more comfortable, and quieter as well. I would recommend them.

Ricky is so awesome!!! He has come over on the weekend to fix our air conditioner!! They great Awesome customer service!! They will be my first call for all my heating and cooling needs!!!
